Enjoy this unique and exclusive table experience - facing the live action of Gordon Ramsay Burger's talented kitchen staff during service. Parties of two are seated on the counter top next to the kitchen line and parties of three to four guests can choose between our counter or kitchen-facing booths. Enjoy an interaction with the Chef or Manager of the restaurant when they come to your table during your meal and discuss the menu items and your experience. ***$25 per person is for the COUNTER/TABLE ONLY and does not count towards the cost of food and beverage and it will be charged at the time of booking the reservation. Please note, these seats may have higher noise levels during peak service times due to normal kitchen operations.***

Very disappointing experience. The service was poor from the moment we arrived. We were seated right next to the kitchen where it was extremely hot. When I asked to move to another table, I was told I had to get up and ask the hostess again. Before I could even explain, she immediately said the restaurant was full without checking. On the way back to our table, we saw 4–5 empty tables that could have been used. After asking our waiter again, they suddenly found another table and moved us. The biggest issue was the wait. We waited almost 50 minutes for a burger and fries, and nobody warned us it would take that long. After all that waiting, my burger arrived with avocado even though I specifically asked for no avocado. I also ordered it medium well, but it came well done. At that point, after waiting nearly an hour, I was too hungry to complain and just wanted to eat.

Even with a reservation the walk ins were getting seated before my party of 2. I waited exactly where the host asked me to. The place was not that busy, I do not get it. The burgers were good.

The entire dinner was awesome. We paid for the experience and it was well worth it !! The chef answered all our questions and gave lots of info on the workings of the restaurant. Our server, Anastasia, was great … very friendly and attentive!! The food was excellent. I had the 24 Hour Burger…. I highly recommend choosing it!! This was my fourth year eating at this establishment and will return next summer !!! Well done … Thank You !

My only complaint is that the food took way too long to come out. We waited about 45min for our burgers and fries. The restaurant was not busy at all which made it worst. We had better expectations from a Gordon Ramsay establishment. Definitely not returning.

Second visit to GRB @ Planet Hollywood, this time for my birthday... still love the Behind the Woodshed cocktail and you can't go wrong with a classic Backyard burger. I subbed onion rings for the fries and OMG they were amazing. They say third time is a charm, but so was visit one and two... Looking forward to visit 3 already.

This was my third visit to Gordon Ramsay Burger, and it definitely won’t be my last. Every time I come, I bring more people with me because I want them to experience what I think is one of the best burgers in Las Vegas. My favorite is, without question, the Truffle Burger. The flavor profile is outstanding—the richness of the truffle complements the beef perfectly without overpowering it. I’ve ordered three different burgers over my visits, and I still keep coming back to the Truffle Burger because it’s just that good. The truffle fries are also fantastic and pair perfectly with the burger. Another highlight is the sticky toffee pudding, which is one of my favorite desserts across all of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants. It’s rich, warm, incredibly flavorful, and the perfect way to finish the meal. The only downside during this visit was our server. He wasn’t rude, but he seemed uninterested and lacked the friendly personality and enthusiasm that can really elevate the dining experience. Service was adequate, but it didn’t match the quality of the food. My other complaint has nothing to do with the restaurant itself but with Planet Hollywood’s parking. If you’re just coming for dinner and leaving afterward, paying $35 for parking feels excessive and definitely takes away from the overall experience. Even with those negatives, the food is consistently excellent, and I’ll absolutely be back—probably with even more friends and family next time.
