Our server, Ian, was FANTASTIC. The food was good but a couple of them were cooked past medium, which was what we ordered. We didn't send it back becasue it takes about 30 minutes to get your burger so we just ate it. Overall, my son enjoyed the experience so that's all that matters to me. So if you have a 12 year old that was been watching too much tik tok, it is worth giving them the experience.

Gordon Ramsey would not be happy with all the food setting on the counters. The waitress was horrible never filled our drinks. The bus guy ran circles around her gave him a tip but not the waitress Plus I feel she forgot to put our order in also people that came in after us got their food eat before us and we ordered the same thing burgers

We celebrated my son’s birthday here because he loves Gordon Ramsey! Even though we didn’t get to see GR, we enjoyed the food at his restaurant. Our waitress was Erica. She was very nice and brought a dessert w/ a lit candle in it! We all loved our meals and it was a perfect place to celebrate! We’ll definitely have to come back again!

We really wanted to try something from the Ramsay franchises so my husband and I made a reservation (highly recommend as there is a LONG walk-in line). After ordering we waited almost an hour for a burger and fries combo each. I enjoyed my burger (Hell’s Kitchen), but my husband’s burger tasted pretty underwhelming (Farmhouse). Overall: nice atmosphere/hype, long wait (our waiter never checked in within the hour), and great (not spectacular) burgers.

We made a reservation and were seated right on time. After that, it felt like we were forgotten. It took 50 minutes to get our food after we ordered. The food arrived lukewarm. I got the blue cheeseburger and my husband got the truffle burger with truffle fries. The truffle burger was okay. The blue cheeseburger was great. Fries were meh. Mostly it was an overpriced disappointment.

It was good, but for $50 dollars with an added chef experience, you don't really see much of the cooking process. We simply watched the servers moving food. No difference in experience. Food was solid, but was not blown out of the park.

Loved the food next time I will not pay 25 per person just to have the chef tell us our food should be up soon. I will save my money and make a regular reservation next time. We will return staff was great just a bit of an over charge for the experience. As we made a reservation we had to still wait to be seated.

Amazing wait staff and table setting. Seating is so comfy whether booth or chair. Burger choices are plentiful and served with house fries or other upgrades. I hade sweet potatoes fries with house honey mustard sauce. Catchup was house style also. Many tap beer choices. Food was prepared perfectly. Desert included home made ice cream sanwhich with caramel drizzle. I had a oreo shake that was very tastey!

Burger was fair. Everything else went downhill from there - presentation, attitude of the server, and the ambiance leave much to be desired. We felt unwelcome and the shades of the celebrity chef’s arrogance were reflected in every employee. If you spend $50 per person for a burger, you rightfully expect a memorable experience which was missing.

Burgers were so so good! Servers understood our orders properly. Fully satisfied with food and service. One thing I came across was lots of people were waiting in the line, some of them were kids and older people while I saw enough empty tables inside. Maybe those tables were reserved or something, I dont know. But I feel some sitting arrangements should be made for people waiting outside.
