The dining room was very, very loud. The wait staff had major language barriers that impacted their ability to talk and understand English. It took several tries for them to understand our drink order. They started off by saying that they were out of five different things on the menu. Very disappointing for a Gordon Ramsey affiliated restaurant.

Table booked for 8.30, not seated till 9. Fine.

Starters... covered in coriander. I know I’m in the minority, but if you’re gonna sprinkle my food with the herb of the witch, mention it.

When the evil greenery was removed, the hottest thing I’ve ever eaten. Literally painfully spicy.

Mains. An hour to turn up. When they did, steak cold, salmon overcooked.

We sent it all back and left.

If Ramsey had been reviewing, the C word would have heavily featured.

Just. Dreadful.

Schlechter Service, langweiliges Essen, laut und eng.

We have such an amazing time at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill. Amazing food and brilliant service. Staff very approachable. We loved the experience.

Service was excellent, food unfortunately was just ok.
Fish pie was dry inside and the Macaroni cheese was very bland , could not taste cheese at all !! I expected better from Gordon Ramsey

Great food , not alot of atmosphere though. It is very bright in there and very empty.

The waiter wasn't great. He was very friendly , but.
When asked for a recommendation from the menu . He didn't know so they just said everything is great? Then after a couple of prompts he just recommended the first thing that came into his head .So maybe a bit of training there wouldn't go amiss.
They brought out the mains before I had finished my starter and just stood there watching us wondering why we were not taking them . So that was a bit strange.

But overall the food was great (Especially the chicken wings which were THE best I have ever had)

We waited 1h 20’ for being served at our table

The steaks we had were cooked to the temperature we’d ordered however they were bland ( there was no evidence of any seasoning whatsoever) and the vegetables were equally flavorless. Given that the steaks Cost about $45 USD and it was a Gordon Ramsay restaurant we were very disappointed.

While the service was fine, the food was mediocre at best. The Mac and cheese was under-seasoned as was the lobster in the lobster roll.

Business dinner with colleagues from South Africa, Austria, Russia & Germany.
We all had the steak - either a sirloin or Fillet and it was a thumbs-up all round.
Can’t really comment on the service as we were the only diners on a chilly Tuesday early evening.
Menu was reasonably priced.

Good experience overall. Nice food, simple recipes which is good for this kind of restaurant. Professional staff very attentive and friendly. We went for brunch and although the bottomless formula was advertised on their website, nobody offered to us. We had to ask for the brunch menu first and then ask ourselves if the bottomless formula was available. Normally a promo is created to push sales, not to be hidden... recommended anyway!

Nice place, food is fairly average for the price

Set Menu for 3 was good, but the drinks bill (1 bottle house wine & 1 Aperol Sprite) equalled the food bill. Unnecessarily expensive. Main reason not to return, the noise level, music too loud, then as more people arrived they competed to talk over the din! We left after 2 courses and went elsewhere for dessert & coffee.

Outstanding Experience and nice service by April a wonderful waitress, great food and taste.

Where to start, first our table wasn’t ready for our reservation. Then the waiter took 15 minutes to even come to the table. Without even introducing himself or even saying hello he took out his notepad and said “what do you want?” No drink/wine menu was dropped off not water no bread so how am I suppose to know what I want!? We hastily said two glasses of red wine he just spurts out “Malbec?” I guess we assumed that was his house but ended up learning it was 15£ a glass! The wine took over 20 minutes to arrive so we have been sitting at our table for 35 minutes and the only thing that arrived was our water. Mind you this resturant was not even busy at this time. There was total confusion and constant yelling between the 5 or 6 servers and what I imagine to be the manager. The food I must say was amazing I had the ribeye and my girlfriend had the gnocchi. The birthday dinner was completely put off because of the service or should I say lack there of. We try to pay and leave quickly since it was becoming apparent that the server probably just wanted to go home so we try to get the check which took over 20minutes after we asked for our check. I don’t remember the the waiter’s name but I remember he had facial hair and his name started with a V. I know Gordon Ramsay’s resturant’s are famous for their food and service but yesterday was single handily the worst I’ve ever experienced. I have been in the food/hospitality industry for over 18years and I must say it was a disgrace and Gordon or whoever runs this particular resturant should shack the whole lot and start over. Very very disappointed!

Fabulous food and the service was on point. I can’t wait to go back.

Food was great and good value, not too overcrowded and it was a good atmosphere for a casual dinner

Had a reservation for 6PM, restaurant was empty but on arrival was told tables are booked and I could only sit at bar. Bar is a flat design so you’re sat a fair wait back from the bar top given your legs have nowhere to go. Service was not great in that everyone I flagged for food or something else I was told “oh I’ll have to get my colleague for that”

Gordon Ramsey’s restaurants have always been my favourites. I have been to almost all of them and always had a great experience. I was looking forward to try the bar and grill as it just opened, however the experience was disappointing. The food was ok, nothing special. The dessert looked like store bought. In the end I really had high hopes but walked away disappointed.

Amazing steaks and probably the best onion rings I’ve ever had, sweet sticky and crunchy. If you have a steak you must have the onion rings as a side

We had the London Festival Menu which was 3 courses plus a drink for £21. However, the fish pie was disappointing with plenty of lovely mash but very little fish! I came across 3 shrimps and a small piece of salmon. It was a shame as it woukd’ve been a lovely fish pie. Also, the main courses did not come with sides which meant extra sides at £5.50 had to be order so l would not say good value. Having said that the ambience was great and also the service of the lady at reception.

Lacking service and dry Wellington. What a shame.

If you think you’ll be going to a Gordon Ramsey restaurant then think again; this is as much to do with Gordon Ramsey dining as a Marco Pierre White restaurant is anything to do with the old Marco.

In short it’s a steakhouse attached to a hotel with a flatscreen TV showing football and could be anywhere in England; the decor is drab and a little like the Lynn Travel Tavern in I'm Alan Partridge .

I went a week after the opening and would be very surprised if Gordon Ramsey had even visited this dram excuse of an eatery; he would certainly have been disappointed that I was served an unimaginative dessert without cutlery for which I had to wait 10 minutes. My guest's steak went back as they were unable to get medium/well done correct the first time

Save your money and go to one of Gordon Ramsey’s fine dining restaurants, this is overpriced mediocrity and clearly a project he cares little for.

Beef Wellington was amazing!!! You should have it. It’s well worth the money. Don’t have the water because still water is $9 for 2 bottles. The deviled eggs and smashed avocados and crisps was good but don’t waste your money. Save money for the main and the dessert!!! Drinks were excellent.

We sat at the Chef’s table, the food was amazing, service impeccable, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would go back again.

Very good service. We had the set menu including a glass of bubbly. Tasty creative food. Excellent value for money.
Gordon Ramsay was dining at an adjacent table and stopped to wish my daughter Charlotte a happy birthday.
What more could you want?

Since the last time I visit the restaurant, a lot of things have changed, and not for the better.
Why shall the music be so loud, and at the same time the acoustics is terrible. You also fell like sitting in the hotel lobby, were we were sitting we could see everything (and here the noice), that was going in the lobby. The service was good even if the kicthen made a mistake with my wifes steak.
Really hope it's possible to remove some of the noice.

Amazing lunch. Great food, great staff and good value with their special chef menu. Relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable.

we booked for the sunday roast, but strangely it was not available today, incorrect menu prices, too oppressive service, no indication on the restaurant, overall opinion would not recommend it at all

Amazing place

Música muy alta, mucho alboroto y, a una carta no especialmente variada, se unió que no disponían de las tres primeras cosas que solicitamos al comandar (pulpo, calamar y roll de tartar de atún). La hamburguesa de falda de ternera, muy seca.

En la parte positiva, muy buen rib-eye. Lo mejor de la experiencia, una camarera uruguaya (siento no recordar su nombre), muy profesional que hizo lo posible por agradar y servir de manera impecable.

Spectacularly average. I hope Ramsay is getting paid well for lending his name because he's certainly losing some credibility here.

Very poor food - though service good - chef is confused - we had burgers drenched in a bitter mustard sauce that tasted awful.
The Eton mess had pink peppercorns in it but way too much - we left it !!
This is a confused kitchen trying to be different but failing miserably.
Our Prosecco measures were extremely small beyond normal!!
Definitely not one to return to!!!
Service was good - but so let down from the kitchen offerings!!

Nice staff and great location. On the pricey side but it is Mayfair!

Our waitress Lisa was probably the best waitress I have come across and made the evening special.
