View, drinks and service was fantastic. The food however was fair at best. Very disappointed in the mussel’s. About 1/4 of there didn’t open and those that did were a mix of gritty and mush and just tasted off.

The service was slow for a Monday night. The salmon was undercooked to our liking (and the typical standard). The garlic bread and Caesar salad were great and the drinks were too! Great views. I will return.

Great food and typically an awesome spot to take out of towners. Not sure what happened this visit. We waited for a server to greet us for nearly 15 minutes. Everything took a long time to come as well. It just seemed very disjointed and unlike previous visits. Disappointing.

Service was ok, very average. It took about 40 minutes for the food to come out after ordering. French toast was dry for my taste. In general it was ok but I probably won't be back at least for brunch.

Food and service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was very friendly and even though it had a but of a social atmosphere it didn’t feel like other patrons were invading if you wanted a more intimate or personal occasion.

Came for a birthday celebration and the service was not the best. It was like our server didn’t want to be there. He actually ruined the vibe a little for us. The appetizers were good. The steak we had wasn’t the best. The fat wasn’t rendered all the way down. It was very fatty and lacked of the green chimichurri sauce. It has one line of the sauce. The drinks were good. Probably won’t be back. I should had went with a different rooftop restaurant.

This was my first time at this establishment and I will never patronize here again . We came from Cincinnati to celebrate a special occasion and to our surprise we encountered the worst service of our lives . Our server was not only rude and condescending he didn’t have any knowledge of the drinks or food I showed him from people that have posted dinning there. While I was midway giving him my order he told me he would be right back. After about 5 mins I went looking for him and he was behind the bar drying glasses . When he decided to come back and take our order he messed that up as well. Took my salad with the fork on it to later bringing the entree (steak) with no fork. Waited 15 mins for him to come back to the table and asked if I needed a to go box. I replied no I couldn’t eat without a fork and his response was “did u ask for another fork?” .. then he laughed on his way to get a fork and I requested to speak with a manager . She was very nice and said she would deal with it . She didn’t have me pay for my food but I couldn’t bare sitting there another second even if the food was free. I hope someone really speaks to this man cause I’m sure this isn’t his first time losing the company business

Fantastic choice for dinner before the concert at Nationwide Arena. Honestly we only had appetizers (one of each of the happy hour specials) and they were all Fantastic. Will be back for actual dinner food soon!

The rooftop view is good. The service provided by Dustin is professional and courteous. Was here during happy hours from 4 to 6. Food items, including masala, garlic bread, and mussels, were all very good. Cocktails Margaritas and Manhattans were equally excellent.

We really enjoyed our birthday celebration on the rooftop at Goodale Station. Our waiter, Dustin, was wonderful, and two different managers came by to check on us which we really appreciated. The margaritas were excellent, as was the food we ordered to share. I have one suggestion...I missed seeing some nice big potted plants and flowers as part of the rooftop decor. The surrounding landscape is rather stark - lots of concrete - but lush greenery on the patio itself would have been welcomed. Thanks for a fantastic evening!

My partner and I decided to give Goodale Station a try on a recent Saturday night. Checked-in with the host who sat us after some brief confusion about our reservation. Our server arrived and we asked for a minute to review the cocktail menu. We proceeded to sit unattended to, unserved, and (apparently) forgotten for 24 minutes. Not a single server, host, or manger stopped to inquire as to why a table of two in the middle of their restaurant sat with no food, no drinks, no plates… literally no attention or even eye contact for nearly a half-hour. I understand and empathize with the challenges of a busy restaurant service, but this was unreal. Maybe the food is OK, but we didn’t bother sticking around to find out. Manager finally noticed as the elevator door opened and we headed elsewhere. I hope this place makes it, but based on prior reviews and our experience I’m not confident.

The view from the Goodale Station is beautiful especially at sunset. Tables for dining are both inside and out on the terrace. Our waiter did a great job with service. My husband and I shared the charcuterie board and it was adequate. The "special" was a 14 ounce strip steak with panzanella salad. The strip steak was extremely fatty and I sincerely doubt that the portion was a full 14 ounces. The panzanella salad had very spicy croutons and raw zucchini. It was not very good. The bar was also sub par. The strawberry margarita and Manhattan was drinkable, but not very tasty.

Last night was our second time dining at Goodale Station. We love the atmosphere and our server Issac was awesome! The food is delicious we especially love the charcuterie board and drinks are always on point! I do wish that the main courses allowed for swapping of sides as I have some dietary restrictions but we still greatly enjoy this place!

Can’t remember our waiter name but super Dope guy(Dread Head). We let him select our drinks for the night and everything he suggested was great. Loved the rooftop View as well.

Drinks too almost 20 minutes. Food was nearly cold. The new policy of one check for parties over 6 with an automatic 20 percent tip is ridiculous. We had 6 but only 5 paying due to a birthday of one of the guests. They finally said we could use 4 cards but not five. I don’t know any other restaurant doing this. I certainly will not come back with a large group.
