    Pretty good, but not many waiters/waitresses around to help. Also attached to a Marriott and had a bar as well. Overall it was pretty good but the servings are small.

    The staff is wonderful and makes sure that you are well taken care of. I love the Truffled Mushroom Fricassee and the Fairmount Friendzy cocktail is my favorite drink!! Great place for an intimate dinner with friends!

    Service is very deficient. The restaurant was almost empty and it took our server over 15 minutes to get the check. We had to get up and go look for her so we could pay and be on our way.

    This was my first time to Good Graces and I will return! My boyfriend and I shared a couple apps, and a bottle of wine but the real star of the show was the rotisserie chicken for two! We truly enjoyed ourselves and hope to return. Our server, Karrie (I believe that was her name), was super kind and efficient. 10/10 recommend!!

    Drove all the way there, valet’d my car, just for the receptionist to tell me that the restaurant is closed. No notice anywhere on the internet that the restaurant was closed for the holidays. It even showed open reservation times.

    We have eaten here twice in the past year and have really enjoyed the food both times, the restaurant space was shut down this last time, and we dined in the lobby bar, which is very nice.

    Was Christmas Day Food was great but the service was not attentive - had to ask for a second coffee 3x before I got it and I did not mind paying extra for the drip mix but for almost 300 for 5 adults I expected more

    Food was pretty good, menu just a little limited. The ambiance and service was incredible. Only think that was odd was the restaurant was completely empty on a Saturday night. It didn't damper our night, was just a little odd.

    Great hidden gem in the quiet part of Uptown Dallas. If you want a nice atmosphere next to a great bar with superior service and surprisingly superb food, this is a must try spot!!

    It was our first trip. We have a tiny baby. We all did very well with several trips pushing the bambino outside to get her to sleep. The food was delicious. The service was friendly. The wine was fantastic. The one thing that could improve is the parking.

    We were guests of the hotel had a reservation for 4 on a Saturday evening. We stood at the hostess stand for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our party. Once seated the staff was very friendly, however service was overall very poor. They didn’t have the ingredients for many of the cocktails they promote. It took 20+ minutes for our drinks to arrive and we had to ask for waters in the meantime. Appetizers took 40 minutes so we decided against ordering entrees there. Went down the road instead. It’s too bad because the appetizers were very good! The restaurant wasn’t busy, but I’m sure they are understaffed as many establishments are. Our waiter did comp a drink and an appetizer and apologized for the delay.

    Expect to be there for 2.5 hours for a 3-course meal. The prices of the meals do not reflect the quality, and the portions are a joke. I actually asked if my entree had mistakenly been split into two because it was so small. Choosing this restaurant was a huge mistake.

    Came here to eat because my group was here for a meeting. The staff were incredibly friendly, waters were refilled, but the service was slow. It took a very long time to get our food, and communication is obviously lacking between the kitchen and the front of the house staff because I was told long after I had ordered that my dish was unavailable. I would've had an easier time understanding had it been the end of the day, but we were literally one of the first tables to be served for lunch. Items that are out should've been notified to the staff, especially since the menu is quite limited. Most items are reasonably priced but the upcharges to the added proteins in the salads are not worth what was given. The food was pretty solid, though. I'd probably only return if I had a lot of time to kill and not looking to get out of there quickly. Would not recommend for a business lunch.

    So I came early morning at 10.15 for mussels ! I didn’t know it’s only on dinner menu, but for my luck , manager managed to make that dish for me , which I am so thankful ! Being pregnant and craving for something it’s a crazy thing ! When I didn’t see the mussels on a menu I got so mad . At myself that I didn’t even think that no one will serve them early morning . But thank you again . That were amazing !

    Took an unreasonable amount of time for the food to arrive. Only one off two other customers (tables) in the restaurant and said the chef was “backed up”. Food came out cold or undercooked except the burgers. We weren’t in a hurry so we weren’t upset but won’t be back due to the quality of food and overpriced at that. Waitress was very nice and apologetic.

    It was a poorly run restaurant with mediocre food when I went. Our waiter didn’t check on us at all when there was barely any other people there, may four other tables. The other waiter was so delightful to other tables for Mother’s Day, offered them the specials, and brought out drink menus; we were offered none of that. Food then took a while to get out but it was not like we were missing out on anything. Would not recommend

    We left without ordering because it was apparent that they are disorganized and our experience would be bad. There was no identifiable place to check in, no hostess to greet us, etc. A person who was not wearing a uniform or name tag gave us a table without checking our reservation and gave us the wrong menus. This place is attached to the Marriott and is clearly set up for hotel guests, not the general public. Avoid it - there are too many good places to eat in Dallas to waste your time here.

    We have waited for too long for the food to arrive the starters were OK but the main courses were small and poorly done I ordered the pork belly which was dry and my husband ordered the cauliflower steak which was burned and not really a steak, The service was very slow and we paid too much and went hungry home we are not going to go there anymore.
