The first venture from newly formed hospitality collective Out To Lunch, led by critically acclaimed Chicago chef Charles Welch (Honey’s, Sepia, mk) and Creative Director Andrew Miller (Honey’s, Fine Diving), Good Fortune is a seafood-focused pop-up stationed in the former Sink | Swim space in Logan Square. The menu showcases Welch’s longstanding love of seafood, boasting offerings that go far beyond the standard seafood tower with dishes such as a la carte offerings influenced by various coastal regions, as well as his own unique interpretation of a raw bar. The bar program, led by beverage director David Disney (Sparrow, Salero, GT Fish & Oyster), offers straightforward cocktails presented tableside, including classic vodka and gin martinis (prepared dirty by request with house made olive caviar), as well as various high balls. Good Fortune is open for dinner service only, Wednesday through Sunday.
