The food is designed to share. Everyone should be given a small plate. It’s too messy to eat without a plate. You only see the views when standing up. The views would be greatly enhanced by replacing the metal walls with railings of the style used in Robinson Landing or withplexiglass walls.

Went there on Sunday 5-25-25 the ambiance nice roof top. The food was ok menu , like bar food ,sliders ,it took 1 hr to receive chicken , hamburger sliders served with no condiments no fries was told by server it will take awhile to come up stairs with ketchup he never came back. My waitress didn’t even care to get my request made ketchup imagine something that simple. I made a suggestion if everything is coming upstairs Leave condiments up here for guest at least needles will never go back again.

The layout and setting is great. Love the variety of seating types. Could be more conversational setups. Love a roof top is something far and few in Old Town. Service was good but they were out of most of the ingredients to make the drinks on their menu. They were also upfront to order food well ahead of actually wanting it as it takes time. Food was decent.

The view is great. We didn’t have food. The drinks were ok. We had one Old Fashion that we had to ask to replace because it was so watery. That was disappointing. So go for the view and friendship time.

Ambiance was good but we waited over an hour for drinks and received no silverware or napkins for our food. Unfortunately, it put a sour taste in our mouth though we loved the area and view.

Just fun and a beautiful view from the rooftop. Waiter was great. We had the sandwich which were delicious. Didn’t really do whole experience since we had cocktails which were wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

The ambience and view are great. Service was good. However, two frustrations. There were no age restrictions mentioned online or in person, and yet my friends with a three year old daughter were not allowed to stay. And there was a mixup with the credit cards where the wrong card was charged.

I hosted a small gathering here (12 ppl) as part of my wedding weekend. Despite calling and visiting in person to confirm the reservation ahead of time, there was no information given regarding my reservation, set up, etc. I was told the manager of the bar would call but no one ever did. The ambiance was much more hip and clubby (there was a DJ next to us) than I expected given old town Alexandria. The music was far too loud and we had difficulty hearing each other. The drinks were good service was ok (agree with previous reviews criticizing lack of food and service). Considering the amount of money we spent, was a bit disappointed in the overall experience. Would suggest coming here with friends for a drink or two rather than a large party.

Server polite and not her fault that the bar was woefully understaffed. Waited and waited and waited on drinks. Once arrived , white wine barely chilled. One nice addition are the water bottles provided to tables on arrival. What bar serves no food, not even dry snacks, except this one?!
