   Ambiance was good but we waited over an hour for drinks and received no silverware or napkins for our food. Unfortunately, it put a sour taste in our mouth though we loved the area and view.

   Just fun and a beautiful view from the rooftop. Waiter was great. We had the sandwich which were delicious. Didn’t really do whole experience since we had cocktails which were wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

   The ambience and view are great. Service was good. However, two frustrations. There were no age restrictions mentioned online or in person, and yet my friends with a three year old daughter were not allowed to stay. And there was a mixup with the credit cards where the wrong card was charged.

   I hosted a small gathering here (12 ppl) as part of my wedding weekend. Despite calling and visiting in person to confirm the reservation ahead of time, there was no information given regarding my reservation, set up, etc. I was told the manager of the bar would call but no one ever did. The ambiance was much more hip and clubby (there was a DJ next to us) than I expected given old town Alexandria. The music was far too loud and we had difficulty hearing each other. The drinks were good service was ok (agree with previous reviews criticizing lack of food and service). Considering the amount of money we spent, was a bit disappointed in the overall experience. Would suggest coming here with friends for a drink or two rather than a large party.

   Server polite and not her fault that the bar was woefully understaffed. Waited and waited and waited on drinks. Once arrived , white wine barely chilled. One nice addition are the water bottles provided to tables on arrival. What bar serves no food, not even dry snacks, except this one?!

   this place is new, so I’ll give them a second chance. Service was good, but they were out of several items and the subwoofer behind my chair was waaaaay too loud and interrupted our conversation. Plus, they tried to sneak in some extra fees on our bill. They noted and corrected, but couldn’t explain what they were.

   Amazing rooftop bar in Alexandria. Cool vibe, awesome drinks with unbelievable views. Great spot

   I recently visited Good Fortune rooftop, and the ambiance was truly stunning—a perfect spot to take in Old Town views while enjoying a drink. The cocktail I had was good, though not particularly memorable or impressive. However, the service left something to be desired. The waiter was rather curt, giving short answers that made the experience feel less than the upscale environment the setting suggested. It felt out of place considering the beautiful ambiance. Offering some light bites would greatly enhance the overall experience and make it more enjoyable.

    I booked a table on the rooftop for a work event for 10 people. In my reservation I specifically asked for drinks and hors d'oeuvres. When we arrived for our reservation, we were escorted to the corner of the rooftop where they had tried to shove several lounge seating areas together. We made do even though our group was not able to actually all sit together. We were given the drink menus but when asked if we could get the food menu we were told that there was no food service on the rooftop – we could go downstairs to the bar and order food and bring it up but they had no kitchen on the roof to do this. There was another large party there which was quite rambunctious and had very loud music playing directly into our seating area which made it hard to have conversation. We also saw that his large group had large trays of food brought up by staff and delivered to them. The views were great but I am very disappointed by the service provided by the restaurant/hotel and lack of accommodations or communication in what we should expect as part of our reservation.
