   Very nice restaurant with good service. Good portion. The caramel banana toast is very good taste and big portion. Warm cake is delicious as well. Next time gonna try some savoury food there!

   Excellent food and service. A bit noisy. I am not a vegetarian, but ordered the Yam Steak vegetarian plate which was absolutely A m a z i n g! We're in Banff for only 5 days, and have chosen to come here twice. Pretty pricey, but REALLY GOOD.

   Server seemed good a first but then didn’t come back to check on us for 20 ish mins, he was focused more on a table 8. Manager came by to get us more drinks . An hour goes by n we still don’t have our food, they offered to comp one appetizer. Finally got our food n my husbands $75 meal was cold so we sent it back. Very disappointing that the service was meek n the kitchen was mega slow, reviews looked great so we gave it a try but wont b returning. The manager was great n tried to rectify the situation but we left n went elsewhere.

   Can't go wrong dining here. Upbeat, casually elegant vibe with the aforementioned good folk from the bar to the knowledgeable waitstaff! Definitely beautiful, elevated dining where every mouthful was an adventure.

   Our 3rd time dining at Good Folk and again the experience was superb! The sablefish, bison tartare and wild boar chore delicious. The whiskey-based cocktails are are creative. The decor is beautiful and we especially enjoyed having a table by the fireplace. Servers were great. By far our best dining experience over many visits to Banff.

   First time I went to Good Folk for dinner and it was amazing! Cam our server was the best (he made good recommendations, touched base with our table regularly and even turned the volume down when we kindly asked). Food was very good! I would strongly recommend the scallops (apps), tenderloin (entree) and the sorbets (chocolate, vanilla and strawberry). The complimentary indoor parking is a nice touch!

    Food and cocktails were incredible! Our server Ivan and Jonny on the bar were fantastic hosts, new favourite restaurant in town!
