   Staff very attentive and friendly, food was nice and would go back to try some of the other menu. Good wine and cocktail list but didn't see any thing about beers and spirits perhaps just didn't notice as wasn't drinking, but 2 lovely virgin cocktails.

   The service definitely stands out - the staff were very friendly, fast and efficient. Our server was very helpful in recommending dishes. The fried dumpling starter was really lovely - they tasted fresh and the side salad was delicious. The mains of pad thai noodles and cashew nut stir fry, with an extra side of salt and chilli chips, were excellent. The food was hot, fresh, and large in quantity. The menu is extensive, with loads of choice including good vegetarian options. The cocktail menu is also excellent, and the bottled asian beers of course. We will definitely return!

   It was closed on 28th December when we booked it for 4pm. Was left on open table as available but when we arrived in the rain it was shut and couldn’t find anywhere to eat so won’t be using this service again

   Chicken Satays were a bit small & slightly over cooked! The pork dumplings were tasty & light. The rest of the meal was beautiful! Thai red curry was stunning and the Honey Chilli chicken was delicious and melted in your mouth! Would highly recommend this restaurant!

    I feel bad leaving a bad review as the food was clearly fresh and tasty. However even with a reduced Christmas menu the service was extremely slow. It was 1 hour 40mins before our main arrived, drinks and starters were also slow. We had a surprise party to get to for 9pm so we almost had to leave without eating our main. We ended up scoffing it and paying the bill while we ate so we wouldn’t be late. The waitresses and waiters were very pleasant and I felt bad for them as they were clearly ran of their feet. I put this down to poor management. They were clearly at max capacity aswell as operating a take away service which I feel they should have suspended on such a busy night.

    Food was OK but I didnt feel we got excellent value for money. Service left a lot to be desired. Drinks were only delivered half way through our second course and we weren't checked in on throughout the experience.

    Great menu with lots of delicious choices. We got the dumplings and katsu crab for starters which were very good. Then the mussaman curry and mushroom and black bean stir fry. Both meals thoroughly enjoyed, we will be back for sure!

    Actually we booked gong by mistake. We decided not to change it. Taken straight to our table on arrival. First time in gong and what a lovely restaurant. Drink’s we’re served very quickly while we pondered over the menu. My daughter had a starter and we were served our mains very soon after she’d finished. My wife and daughter had a cocktail made by dean. Lovely meal and super staff

    Honestly best food I have ever tasted. I was on a date and it was the perfect setting. Also they have the cutest cocktail called what’s the quack and a little duck comes in it!! So cute. When we went it was pretty quite, no one else was really in the restaurant and it wasn’t awkward, we had the window table and it just was so beautiful. I’ll be going back there.

    The food is absolutely exquisite, and is among the best Asian food in the city. However, the ambience is completely destroyed by the fact that they played a country music playlist on a Saturday evening which is totally out of step with a date night mood nor is it in keeping with what one would expect from an Asian restaurant.

    I only give full marks where worthy, this place has great friendly staff, the food and cocktails was very good, we got shared starters and shared all our mains as the food was so delicious. would definitely recommend.

    All the staff were very attentive throughout, in particular the young lady who took our order and served us (mainly) for the rest of the meal. The food was excellent, in particular the 2 chicken starters we had, which were delicious. The only minor downside was that an item (pineapple) was missing from one of our parties' dish, but this was rectified straight away. This restaurant will certainly be a the top of our list for a Thai meal on our next visit to Belfast

    My wife and I ate at Gong on Friday15th July. We checked the menu online and decided we would book through open table. When we arrived we were given a menu which was different from the online one which we told Rina our waitress. She said she had told the owner before about this but it hadn't been updated. We were asked what we wanted and asked for the battered Cauliflower but it wasn't available so we chose another starter which was lovely. We then asked for Kung Pao which again wasn't on the menu but Rina checked with the chef and the owner and we were pleasantly surprised that we could get it and again it turned out lovely. I had the burnt chilli and garlic chicken with Prawn noodle which again was beautiful. The service from Rina and the barman Pressina was excellent and we will be back .

    We booked a table of 6 on the Thursday of the jubilee bank holiday. We were shocked to be the only people in the whole restaurant at 8pm despite many others being booked up. The service was not attentive considering we were the only people in there. The decor had potential and atmosphere if there had been more people! Prawn crackers tasted like they'd never seen a fish and were super oily. Food was pretty average. A 10% service charge was added to the bill which we said we did not want to pay due to the poor service and average food. We got chased after down the street asking why we didn’t pay it which we explained. We were rudely told that this was because we were a party of 6 we had to pay a service charge however we were not made aware of this at any point. The woman was very rude and did not even try to ask why we didn’t want to pay the service charge, instead forcing us to pay it. If I was yourselves I would have been wanting the feedback and to resolve the matter, especially when we were the only customers and probably their only customers that night which I can now understand why. Deeply disappointed.
