The menu sounded great and I loved the farm to table promise. However, they were out of ceviche and halibut. The mushroom appetizer was not fresh. They were chewy. The Mediterranean salad was good because we were starving but there was wilted lettuce in the mix. They were out of steak so my son got a burger but the fries weren’t very good. I tried the stir fry but it was like getting frozen veggies from Costco covered with a bottled sauce. Even the “aged” basmati rice was dry. Very disappointing.

We ordered halibut fish and chips and chicken fettuccini carbonara. The French fries were great, they had a nice seasoning on them which made for great flavor. Unfortunately, the halibut was dry. We can get far better fish and chips at Tony's Eatery for less money (it is cod). The chicken on the carbonara was tender and moist, however the sauce was bland, lacking in parmesan and garlic flavors, some recipes have garlic some do not. I was waiting for the explosion of flavor that should be in a carbonara sauce and it did not happen. Although there were some nice sized pieces of bacon in the sauce, I could only taste bacon when I ate a piece. I tasted no pepper.
