Get ready for the most immersive GREEK NIGHT we've ever hosted — where South Melbourne transforms into the sun-soaked, ouzo-fuelled spirit of Paros by night. Start your evening with a complimentary Welcommé aperitif and dive into a feast worthy of the gods. The napkins will twirl. The bouzouki will sing. And when the plates smash and petals fly, you'll know you’ve arrived. The Experience: A later dining session of mezze nibbles downstairs, dancing for dessert upstairs — this experience is for the individuals that favour activities over dining, liquid indulgences over feasts. The Opa-holic guests will finish their mini feast downstairs, then usher upstairs for entertainment. Seating upstairs is not allocated, but the Band will kick off right as you finish your meal, the dance floor will need some love.
