   We had the worst service. We ordered our food and they brought out one entree split in half instead of the two different entrees we had ordered. We had to find a waiter to correct the issue bc we could not get ahold of ours. We had to ask for bread that was automatically being brought out to other tables. The light on our table died twice. We had to ask other waiters to get a hold of our waiter twice again to get our check. He never came back to take our payment so we paid at the bar and left. Worst service I’ve had in a long time.

   We both had pasta dishes and both were very substandard. I was very disappointed. We had been to the restaurant before for brunch and it was great.

   Decor was fun! Good and drinks are overpriced for what you get. Clearly geared towards social Media posts instead of first class service or customer experience. Server was nice and got us what we asked for, but we didn’t see much of him. Food was good, but I expected a bigger portion given what they charge.

   A great find all tucked away in the shopping center. Outstanding service. Wine choices interesting. Baked goat cheese was incredible, as well as the Carbonara and Spaghetti al la Fromaggio Parmigiano, prepared table side. Definitely will return.

    Terrible kitchen management. Everyone received their entree’s and I was told mine would be 5 minutes late I didn’t want to eat alone so I cancelled my meal. The only response from management was oops sorry. Didn’t try to make it right so… my companions were able to eat a hot meal and I refused to eat alone at the table. Probably won’t go back.

    The food at Goat & Vine is very good, but during this visit the service was lacking although the restaurant wasn’t very busy. The server continually failed to clear dirty dishes even after they were stacked at the end of the table, the lobster bisque came out with no spoon and we finally had to go to the bar to get one, and the steak arrived without the sauce. By the time the server came by to check on the food, and bring the sauce, the steak was cold. I also recommend staying away from the specialty cocktail menu. We tried three different ones and they were all tasteless and watered down with ice or club soda. Stick to traditional cocktails. The specialty cocktails are expensive but traditional bar drinks were good.

    This was a good date night out experience. Inside was a bit loud for us (both people and music), but outside dining was nice. The drinks were good and the goat cheese appetizer was interesting, but we both found our main courses a bit salty with the cream sauces (salmon and squid ink pasta). All in all a good date night out!

    Food & service always A+, David was our server ----- know he could have kicked us out - 4 older women - he handled us beautifully........ The music was way too loud - shouldn't restaurant music be in the BACKGROUND ? We asked 2x politely to lower the music- they did both times....... Bartender needed a little practice on making COSMOS - 1st sip was bitter - & way too strong ....... Kind David, brough out Cranberry juice then Simply syrup..........finally made it almost right. Love the atmosphere & food has never been a disappointment. Definitely return ............ Thanks KM

    This was our first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and experience. We were a party of two and our wait person was Devan who made our visit so enjoyable. We will definitely return. Mussels were an excellent appetizer prior to lobster ravioli for me and salmon for my spouse. March 3, 2023

    The atmosphere was great and to start our server was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu, but after a few questions and recommendations come to find out that the sever was going off of a script. We ordered the filet medallions and the flat steak, the medallions we’re supposed to have a crust on them and it came out with basically this bread crumb topping that wasn’t even crusted onto the steak, my girlfriends flank steak came out as a filet and was ordered medium and came out as black and blue very raw in the middle. The sides were great we had the Brussels sprouts and broccolini. For the cost and non attentive service we got after we ordered I don’t recommend this place as a date night, there are much better choices for the price you pay.

    Our waiter was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. The pace of service was a little off. Too long to get our appetizers and then a little too fast for our main course. The menu was interesting and the food was excellent.

    When we walked in, there was nobody at the host stand to greet us, and I understand that the hostess must have been busy. We sat at our table and waited about 5 minutes before the manager brought us a bottle of water and told us who our server was going to be and walked away. We then waited for 20 minutes and decided to just walk out. No one ever came to take our drink or food order. Disappointing to say the least.

    Food was good, salmon was cooked proper, seasoning was on point. However, our Tiramisu was ice cold and still frozen in the center, which was crazy to be sent out that way. Our water glasses still had the Ikea brand on the bottom🤣. Now to the service, the bar tender was very nice and helpful however when we ate on the main floor our server was bottom of the barrel, and he was training a new hire. This place has a chance to hang around but people are gonna stop going and it will be another failed restaurant in that space if they don't fix some glaring issues. Also, don't have the GM walking around the floor with a backwards cap talking on his phone for the majority of service. 🤡

    Service was good. Noise level ok until the restaurant was pretty full. Lightning was not steady it would brighten then dim. Out battery operated candle didn’t work. Both out entree’s were very good.

    I requested a special dessert for my best friends 50th, and or the sparkler candle and the hostesses were even discussing how mushy they had left…but they never did it. Sea bass as sub par compared to other restaurants, but the atmosphere was spectacular.

    The hostess started talking about us before we were out of earshot, I guess we aren’t supposed to ask questions. The wine was not worth the price. The only thing that was served hot was the meatballs, probably because they were in a cast iron skillet, plus they were the only thing that tasted good. The goat cheese balls were underwhelming, and the fritto misto was salty and lacked flavor. We tried the lobster bisque, unfortunately for us it was cold, the puff pillows don’t need to be there and we’re doughy, and this led to us getting our check even though our plan was to have an entree. Considering our prior food experience here we didn’t want to waste anymore money. Some restaurants fail.
