I bought the $99 dinner promotion. We went for our anniversary and to be honest it was a little disappointing. We were expecting more from Glowbal. The food took ages to come to our table and when it came it was cold and not flavourful at all. Even the two tables beside us (which came later) got their food first. It was our first time at Glowbal so our expectations were high because of the 5 stars reviews in Yelp and on their website. Our waiter was very nice and friendly but that unfortunately does not change the overall experience at the restaurant. Not coming back any soon.

Ordered the $99 for two dinner with two friends. Our server was polite enough to change our steak as it wasn’t cooked medium rare. However, the food wasn’t as per Glowbal standards. The dessert was especially a let down

Had a dinner booked for an anniversary When we arrived the table was not as romantic as some as we wanted to be next to each other with one request the staff were very helpful and ensured us that we had a very romantic date. The waitress (Ainsley) was amazing. Never felt rushed and she looked after us professionally leaving us to enjoy our own company. Best service I have had at a restaurant in a very long time. Big thank you.

I have been here many times. Our rez was for 6 pm . The disappointment was the location of the table. It was in a very dark corner, squeezed in between 2 right angle walls . We had to pull the chairs out in order to get into the cramped seats. It was very dark. We could not read anything on the menu but fortunately 2 of us had lights on our phones. The food was good, as usual, , but small portions and only 2 pieces of pasta in the dish. The service was good, especially given how busy it was. It was extremely noisy and we could hardly hear each other. Next time, even though it gets cool in the outside area, I would go for outside where there is more room and not as noisy.
