I have been looking forward to visiting this restaurant for SO long. It has been at the top of my restaurant list and half the reason for this trip was to visit Glorietta. My husband and I were both so underwhelmed by the food. We started with the meatballs. I thought they were good but not anything Special. I got the fettuccine carbonara and my husband got the Ricotta Cavatelli. My husband complained of a very odd and off flavor about his pasta and I tried and agree as well. My pasta was very salty due to the pancetta I’m assuming but my issue more so lies with the fact that it went right through me and I could not get to a bathroom fast enough after eating. We have been saving up for this meal and were just disappointed! Maybe we had too high of expectations but I have had great Italian food and I was unimpressed with Glorietta, unfortunately.

Glorietta is a charming restaurant with excellent food, a great wine list & cocktails, and a fantastic staff. I highly recommend it.

This is the best Italian food I have every had and that includes Italian food that I have had in the rustic Tuscan region in Italy. Ambience was wonderful and the staff were so nice and efficient. Was in Jackson Wy for 5 nights and ate there twice. Will be back.

Glorietta is the best hands down! It’s such a cozy vibe and the cocktails and food are always delicious and different

Wonderful time at Glorietta Trattoria

Had an absolutely fantastic dinner at Glorietta. To begin, our server meagan was one of the most wonderful, warm and fun people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The food was excellent (must try the artichoke) and the wine list eclectic and unique. Wish we lived in Jackson and could make this our regular spot.

Great experience - the food, drinks, service, and ambiance were all top notch. Wife said it was one of the best overall meals she has ever had. Cavatelli and Fettuchini were two of the best pasta dishes we have eaten and the Tiramisu was a perfect end to the meal. Service was attentive, quick, and helpful but allowed for a peaceful meal. Would visit again in a heartbeat if in Jackson.

Terribly uncomfortable bar stool. I stood at bar all through dinner. Service was adequate, food was ok....nothing special but overall expensive and no wow.

Cocktails were great, unique and inspired. The bartender and server were super personable and had great suggestions. Charming place, all the flavors were really nice. Bone marrow and pastas recommended.

Although there were a couple early "misses" in sorting out the cocktail service, the
OUTSTANDING food (we all had pasta dishes) and other offerings more than made for a memorable meal.
The mussels and the AMAZING tomato based sauce they were prepared in was a "must order again". Good social distancing, as with all the Jackson Hole fine dining restaurants we visited, made all feel safe. "We'll be back"

Great food, fresh pasta and yummy sides

Another absolutely fantastic dining experience at Glorietta! The atmosphere and food are fabulous, as good as any Italian restaurant from my time on the east coast.

Good service, of course, is also key to a top notch experience so a special shout out to our server Megan who was outstanding again and helped to turn a special evening into a world class experience.

Just ok. I wanted to like it but it was just ok. Service was not great. We had to wait 20 min for our reservation and we were underwhelmed with the food.

We had an amazing dinner here, my fiancé and I each got a pasta that were both delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and overall the place was so cute. Our server was amazing and super sweet, we absolutely loved this place and would come back if ever in Jackson Hole again!

Homemade pasta, delicious!

Artichoke was not cooked. Food was much too salty. Mushrooms were inedible. Bad bad seal..

This restaurant came highly recommended by one of our good friends. We don’t typically enjoy Italian cuisine so we were hesitant to try. We loved every single part of our meal. The textures and flavors worked really well together and we left feeling delightfully full! We will be back and tell our friends to come too!

My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner experience at Glorietta. The food and wine was amazing. Highly recommend the mussels and anything on the secondi menu! Thanks for the fantastic experience.

Tonight we had the antipasto board, delicately executed, more prosciutto than you could dream, wife said that maybe a little more cheese would’ve made it, I loved the meat selection, could’ve probably used two-three more pieces of the gnocchi bread, for entrees we had the ricotta cavatelli, not picturesque but delicious! I had the honey truffle chicken which was both delicious and picturesque. Drinks were all well made, wife had the spetzia spritzx2 champagne with a slight strawberry twist while I had both the taco truck a tequila/pineapple drink which was good not great and a new normal, their take on an old fashioned which was strong and what you would expect, we finished off the night with espresso martinis, delightfully smooth with a slight kick to keep you going and an after dinner liqueurs with a matching scoop of ice cream, delicious, overall I would say it was a 10/10, service was on point and timely, appetizers and entree were as advertised, and after dinner dessert was cherry on the top

We had a great time at the bar at Glorietta. The food was delicious and Jazzy, our server, was very helpful and fun. Our only suggestion is that they invest in more comfortable barstools.
