Globe Bar & Kitchen
With a gourmet menu, delicious libations, 16 flat screen TV's, music and bottle service every weekend; Globe is the place to be! 21 and over only.
We ate at the Globe for dinner since we had recently arrived in Spokane after a long day of travel. Lots of students were hanging out there, and we initially thought it is mostly a bar. The food menu was limited, but our entree choices were outstanding: my husband enjoyed his steak, and I very much enjoyed my seafood pasta with salmon, prawns and lots of clams - I kept picking out the clams from their shells. The wine choices were limited, but good.
Expect to be in a bar type atmosphere in the evening hours. The food was outstanding as was the service. We had a party of 10 and they easily accommodated us on short notice.
Slowest service I’d ever received. Can’t really blame the bartender/server as someone called in sick and left her all alone. We almost got up and left.
Music way too loud for a Sunday afternoon.
Food was yummy and server apologetic. We felt bad for her.
I really like the globe but I would really like some gluten free options, there is only a couple things I can. My friends did say they wanted more variety but I am not sure of what. On another note I love the food I have had except the nachos, I love nachos and have them everywhere I go but I will never order them again at the Globe.
