The food was very good, but a bit small portions. Our table was wobbly. Nice place but a bit pricey for what you really get.

Best restaurant lunchv this season! House smoked items were all fantastic. Beautiful salad was carefully prepared and delicious. Grateful for helpful staff.

We ordered the seafood linguini Based on a previous review stating “Glen Burney ruined linguini forever as no one could even come close to what they served here”. They did not disappoint- it was spectacular- as was the pan fried pickerel. We look forward to going back!

First time here and it was as great! Food is excellent! Only downside is that when we booked the reservation online it did not ask about covered patio or not. We were place on the outside patio which was ok, except for the fact we were not expecting there wouldn’t be any heat lamps, so we were quite chilled that evening.

The food was great and the waterfront patio is very nice with lots of space. Servers were very helpful. Would happily go back.

We enjoyed our lunch at Glenburny Patio very much. We liked the beer battered pickerel and shoe string fries and salad very much. Service by Theo outstanding, lovely location, we felt we were on holidays. We will be back.

We always try to have a meal at Glenn Burney when we are in Parry Sound. Great view and tasty food. Our favourites are the burger and pickerel and chips.

While the location is awesome, I found the big screen TV blocking the view, quite distracting. The Caesar salads were watery and generally flavourless and would have preferred a fresh horseradish to the mushroom/bacon accompaniment to the fresh oysters. Our mains, the tenderloin ragout, were rich, flavourful, and ample enough to be split.

It was great! It was beautiful sitting and watching the boats from the marina.

Glenn Burney ruined Seafood linguine for me, I'll won't order it anywhere else from now on as I know I'll be disappointed unless it's the dish at Glenn Burney. Well done Chef!

Food wad great, go for the local Pickerel! Only disappointment was booking a reservation, then getting bar sitting instead of a table.

I Have been there 3 times so far....food always good service is good. The only suggestion I offer is investing in different umbrellas, ones that you can maneuver to block the sun....
That has been the only challenge we had with each meal.
Otherwise so nice to have you close and the ambience is second to none!

We were happy to see that Glenn Burnie has taken all the precautions to keep staff & customers safe during COVID. We had forgotten our masks & they had masks available along with hand sanitizer at the table.

We love Glenn Burney. Food is fabulous. A wee bit on the expensive side but worth it as we can take our dog. This to us is important as we have a cottage and with travel time it would be too long for him alone.
We love sitting by the water and watching the boats in the small craft route.
Check it out, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Really enjoyed dining at Glen Burney’s Patio. Location was awesome. And food was excellent. Our server was very pleasant and efficient

We love Glen Burney but the shrimp tacos were disappointing. They didnt really have shrimp?? The waitress forgot our order as well so one lagged. All good as we love the venue but wont order tacos again. Needs real whole shrimp. Tasted like ground chicken with bits of ground shrimp. Not really what we were expecting. All else was great and we will be back.

Meal arrived at the table very hot. The meal was faboulous and so tasty. Especially liked the vegetable variety

Chef needs to improve (cook hamburgers better, add salt and pepper before cooking). But passable for a lakeside bar. Ambiance is get. Servers were good and attentive.

It’s was nice to dine outdoors. The server was efficient. The cocktails lacking, the food okay considering the Covid-19 situation. We will return when we are up that way again. It is great to have a little spot on at the marina like that.

We love the place, the food and the atmosphere. Definitely a great place to hangout, have a bite and enjoy your evening!

We had a wonderfully relaxed experience on the outdoor patio. The service was fantastic. Very professional and yet down to earth and friendly. The food was top drawer... reminded us of the quality we used to find at Bistro on the Bay in Parry Sound. We'll be back!

We were going to be at a nearby family cottage anyways, so we decided to make a night of it and have our anniversary dinner at Glen Burney.

Food was tasty; Sangria was dangerously delicious. If we had to nitpick: if you're going to use anything resembling a chipotle sauce, it would be recommended to mention that spice may be involved.

Service: this was great despite the fact that our server (Sarah) was one of two responsible for nearly 20 tables plus bar patrons.

Definitely would recommend.

Food took over an hour even for appetizer. Fish was burned. Cesar salad dressing wasn’t good. Server was very nice - not her fault it was the kitchens

We we're camping in the area and went for lunch. It was exactly what we were looking for, a relaxing spot on the water. The service and food was excellent, I really enjoyed the Caesar as well. We recommended this place to family members who will be boating in the area next week.

In a spectacular setting, Glenn Burney Lodge offers fresh food and an interesting menu. We had the chicken supreme, brimming with fresh cranberry sauce and on top of roasted fingerling potatoes and veg. Dessert was a homemade cookie and caramelized bananas with creamy ice cream and seasonal berries. Our server was friendly, chatty and lovely. Would definitely recommend, and visit again.

Of note: They also smoke their own fish and chicken on the premises; and there's a huge TV screen floating on the water for sports fans.

First visit was great. We really enjoyed our evening, make a reservation. Service was super, down to earth and friendly. Only comment is about dogs being allowed, I understand why as we are dog owners too, but not everyone is and think need to reserve a section or something to manage them. Would go back and have recommended already.

A perfect meal, excellent service. Lots of room. Truly the best in Parry Sound
