Food was excellent. Great variety. Waitress extremely nice, friendly, and welcoming. Atmosphere is beautiful.
We ate at this restaurant as we were staying at the Radnor Hotel..We were pleasantly surprised with the variety on the menu. The food arrived promptly and was fresh and delicious. We have rave reviews for the staff. Our server was superb, professional and very informed about the food choices. The restaurant was nicely decorated and quiet enough to have a conversation with our friends without interference.. We highly recommend this establishment
This was our first time to the restaurant. Food and service were awesome. Will definitely go back.
Excellent, as usual. Always great food and service.
Great food and service. Huge variety of items!
Very pleasant atmosphere. Good service. Nice lunch menu. And food was good
Servers were confused by a straightforward order.
My wife and I were married at the Radnor Hotel 12 years ago this coming July. I knew I would be in the area on 2/15 so I thought it would be nice to have a lunch date there with my wife.
Celebrating Valentines Day
Pleasantly surprised to find great food in a hotel venue. Tired travelers will appreciate not having to go in search of palatable food when they arrive. Happy hour and entree prices were very reasonable and the food was delicious. Smaller menu, but not just the usual fare. Enjoyed very much and service was good!
My wife and I met a colleague from my university for a business lunch. Coming from the Lehigh Valley, she found the directions to be easy to get to the Glenmorgan. We, being local, have been there before, and as always, found the food to be outstanding and well worth the price. In fact, we all ended taking 1/2 of our lunch home. If ther was a negative, it was the slow service of our waitress, as we had to ask for our check.
Yes, we did enjoy our lunch and will be back!!
Great options. Staff attentive. Piano music. Price good.
This restaurant was one of the only ones open Christmas night since it's attached to a hotel. No matter when you go to a restaurant there are basic expectations. This place ran out of food and the service was very slow. The place wasn't busy but we still had to ask about our meals multiple times. With them not having some of the things we wanted, all they had was burgers, and the meals being delayed they never apologized just made excuses. Very bad experience
The food was pretty good as was the overall ambiance. It was a last minute choice for Christmas dinner and we were pleasantly surprised.
Two of us had steak and it was very overcooked maybe even burnt. The waitress, Keisha, from Nigeria was great but not much else. Won't come back
I've had brunch and lunch at Glenmorgan many times and it has been reliable and good. That's why we booked dinner here on 12/22/17 with old friends. It was one of the worst evening dining experiences we've had in awhile ... the server was really trying, but the bar service was slow, and she could not help the fact that the food was so slow coming out of the kitchen (even though there were only 4 other tables of diners after 7pm). I do have to say the apps were good - the calamari and the Mediterranean plate were good, and the dumplings were actually excellent, which set our expectation high for the entrees. Big Disappointment all the way around. The short rib was under-cooked and one piece was NOTHING but fat, the salmon was cold and had to be sent back, and the crab cakes were also cold, but tolerated. The whole entrée experience was NOT to be remembered!! The desserts were okay. And our server did do her best to make the best of the situation, but even though we gave feedback on the entrees, neither the manager or the chef came out to talk to us. Will NEVER go there again!!!
We always have our family Christmas brunch at the GM and everyone looks forward to it every year. We love the variety of the food for everyone to enjoy.
The Radnor Hotel used to be an outstanding Mainline establishment for Sunday brunch. This past weekend was a disgrace. The room was drab, outdated, and dirty. The food was mediocre at best. Since the room is so overcrowded, all of the food was cold. My party left after one hour because we hated the experience and the food. The Radnor Hotel could do a lot more to make this brunch unique. I am sad to say it tasted like typical, bland hotel food.
Best hamburgers in the area! The food is delicious, menu is excellent, service very nice. Atmosphere could be improved - some updating is definitely needed - but all in all it's a very nice place to have lunch or dinner, and the ample parking is an added benefit.
Enjoyable brunch. Good food and ambience. I would definitely go again.
Always a Grand time at Sunday Brunch!
Always enjoy the food because of the many options. Service good too!
Service was good, food was just so-so. Disappointed as this was my suggestion for a friend's retirement celebration. Very crowded, very noisy.
Food was reasonably good, but friends who recommended it made it sound much better than it turned out to be. Service was a little slow at first, surprising because it wasn't very full. The upside of that was that it was relatively quiet, which is always a plus for me. But I don't know what it would be like when it is full.
Great burgers, attentive staff - always satisfying!
Well worth the cost. Without a doubt, Sunday brunch buffet is the best in the area. Live piano music too. Broad assortment of options.
We had been here for brunch and loved it. We received and email about Octoberfest and decided to go. What a disappointment. There were only 2 choices for appetizers and entrees and 1 for dessert (they were listed on the email, but it wasn't clear that these were the ONLY choices). The service was very slow, it was obvious our server was new. Not a good sign when you have to ask a busboy to get someone to help. I was given the wrong wine, the food was so so. I think we will return for brunch, but not for dinner.
The atmosphere was nice. There were only 2 other tables occupied, although the bar was full. The server was attentive when taking our order. However, the food was slow to arrive & none of us liked the taste of our food. My son & husband's portion sizes were also small. I can understand now why the restaurant was empty.
Wonderful brunch, great selection of breakfast and lunch dishes. Made to order omelettes and carving station. My children loved the chocolate fountain with many fruits and treat options. Excellent service and wonderful piano player. Looking forward to returning.
We enjoy the Sunday brunch. The food is delious and the service is wonderful
We appreciate the good selection of small plates. I was disappointed that the greens in my salad were not dry. Water on the leaves diluted the flavor of the dressing.
As usual, the Radnor brunch was an enjoyable experience-satisfying selection of options, great value, courteous staff. We are enthusiastic repeat brunches!
I made a reservation for 9/3 at 11:am, only to get a phone call from the Radnor hotel telling me that since it was a holiday weekend there was no brunch. So I have no review because there was no meal!
The Champagne Brunch was amazing. There was a large variety of delicious foods and drinks. The dinning room was beautiful and you have a choice of indoor or garden patio seating with a lovely view of their incredibly gorgeous garden - you know the type of garden you use to take your wedding photos. Our server was named Maria and her customer service was outstanding. We highly recommend you try their Champagne Brunch and bring two friends.
Excellent food, service and ambiance. The choices of food should please everyone.
Sunday Brunch was excellent. Service, food and atmosphere make this a perfect "special occasion" place.
We came to Glenmorgan after moving our daughter into Villanova for her Junior year. We traditionally had gone to another restaurant in the area, but this had now closed. We were very pleased to find Glenmorgan Bar and Grill . Although the menu for dinner was largely weighted toward sandwiches (hot) and small plates, with few entree's, we all found what we wanted. The steak medallion sandwiches were excellent - so tender and grilled perfectly to order. The "Yo-Rueben" was also excellent. Fries, chips and other sides were well-prepared and flavorful. I started with French Onion Soup, and it was very hearty and had a nice beef-based broth. Our waiter was SUPERB - efficient, affable and had a great sense of humor. Glenmorgan's may become our new go-to spot when visiting our daughter.
This is a new place for us and it really impressed us! Late night dining, we had the best server, her name was Jo, and she really made our experience there! We enjoyed every suggestion she made! Thank you so much, for a lovely dinner!!
Enjoyed if so much I have another group reservation for 8/20. I hope they will enjoy as well.
Great for brunch
