Staff seemed out of sorts, confused. Long waits for water, order taking, food service. Though the restaurant wasn't crowded. There didn't seem to be a set busing staff, wait staff, or hostess. I think specific jobs for specific people will improve service and customer satisfaction.
It was very good and I will most likely go back 5 million times.
Great soups and salads. Service was great. Will definitely come back.
A lot of choices of breakfast and lunch/dinner options. Very generous as two Mimosa's were included in the price. Price was inexpensive. While it was good and we enjoyed ourselves and the food was good I disagree that it should be rated the best brunch in the area as it currently is.
Everything was absolutely wonderful...The service, ambiance, and food was amazing! Will definitely come again.
Great place to meet friends and enjoy good food. It is our go to restaurant when meeting friends from a various suburbs.
Food Menu was limited due to holiday, drinks menu had a pleasing assortment of holiday cocktails and the usual beers/wines. We had the old fashioned, and the spiced cocktail, both were good but not the best we've had. The caesar salads and boneless sweet chili bbq wings were a perfect pairing, ample portion sizes with plenty to take home. Interesting parmesan cheese crisp added texture. The bread was just ok, but the herbed green onion butter almost made up for it. Overall, a pleasant experience. Could have been better, but this was Christmas Day dinner rush so we were just happy to have a good meal, great ambiance, pleasant service. We're looking forward to coming back to experience the full menu. For about $25 a head (including drinks), it's hard to beat this kind of upscale value on the main line. Would recommend and go again.
Meals were excellent. Service a bit slow but understandable given it was Christmas Day. Manager's comment after we were finished with main course that they needed table in 45 minutes was unnecessary and not really appreciated. We finished with time to spare, despite slow service.
Our 1st visit to The Glenmorgan bar & grill was very enjoyable. We had brunch here on Christmas Day. The food was great, the service was incredible and the ambiance was very nice. We’ll definitely be back!
Christmas Eve, very subdued, food just average
We enjoyed everything about our luncheon. The service was prompt and welcoming. The menu listings were varied and appealing with everything from grilled cheese to fish tacos! We particularly enjoyed the sweet potato fries! Prices were very reasonable.
We mentioned that we felt a bit cold, and the situation was rectified immediately.
I look forward to visiting again.
From the moment we walked in, it no longer felt like a typical hotel restaurant. The staff was kind, the food was amazing and we had a wonderful time! I would recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to go again!
Have been many times, but food is never hot. Need some kind of way to keep the waffles and French toast so it doesn't get hard on the bottom.
We had the opportunity to eat at the hotel twice during our visit. Both were great. The burgers we had on Friday evening were one of the best we have ever eaten. And the Sunday Lunch was outstanding! Anything that anyone would have wanted was there, from custom made omlettes to any kind of fish, breakfast meats, cut to order roast beef, ham or turkey. The salads were delicious and there was even a chocolate fountain among all the desserts. I have never seen anything like it, and I have travelled all over. We had a 10am reservation and by the time we left at noon the dining area was full. It’s obvious that there are a lot of people who know how good it is!
Consistently very good food and service. prefer for business lunches.
Great meeting place for lunch. Centrally located and lovely.
Food was good. Not too thrilled with the "evening meal" selections. Breakfast potatoes were a bit too salty.
The Radnor Hotel and The Glenmorgan Bar & Grill are two places that go together like a hand and glove. The professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the incredible food, make this a not to miss on your lists of places to stay when you want to get away from the daily grind. I had and continue to have a great time every time we come. It’s a great place, hands down. Try it, you’ll thank me later. 👍🏾👍🏾
This is always my go to place for brunch. Food is amazing.
The Sunday Brunch was awesome!
We had brunch there and it was wonderful. There is something for everyone's taste.
Great overall ambience and service was great! I would visit again.
We love the food - servers are polite and helpful. A little slow.
Could do with a little more cheerful decor.
Still one of our favorite go-to neighborhood places.
Great atmosphere and great food. The service was wonderful. Definitely will go again.
Had a really lovely experience. Waitstaff were adorable and the food was great!
The Breakfast BUFFET was AMAZING but I have NOT received my 100points yet for this 7:00am Reservation. I did for my previous reservation the night before I at there at 8:30pm on 7/13/18
Food was excellent but the waiter needsknow the menu. Simple things like what is the soup of the day and what Season vegetables you offer. It took 5 trips to the table to order our meal.
This was the Fourth of July, so the room was not crowded, thus the quiet rating. When the room is full and busy, the noise level is far higher. There is a bar area with several TVs. All in all, the atmosphere is relaxed, but attentive. The menu is not extensive, but the food is good with fairly basic selections. The chicken fingers, marguerite pizza. BLT sandwich, and a couple of salads were all enjoyed by our group. Very enjoyable evening!
My wife suggested this for a date night as she has eaten there for lunch several times. It was really quite, the bar was pretty busy. Our meal was wonderful. The French onion soup was excellent with wonderfully flavored broth and cheese. The boneless chicken bites were fresh. The lipsmaker burger was fresh and cooked to medium. My wife who does not like filet mignon decided to try and was extremely happy. It melted like butter and she really enjoyed the blue cheese compote butter on top. The Deseret was tasty and service was very good. Kids are welcome, but since this was a night out by ourselves we really enjoyed that there were no kids. Looking forward to our next visit!!
Reservation was for 5 PM Mother's Day. Disappointed by poor reception, poor communication, by table in bar without tablecloth and by the limited menu with just sandwiches (no entrees). Should have gone earlier for their Sunday Brunch.
We went for Mother's Day brunch and the food was horrible. 'No one in our party enjoyed anything beside the waffles. We were a party of 10. Very disappointing spread. One hour into our dinning a lady in charge of reservations came to tell me that our 2hr are up, that there is a 2hr minimum dining limit. We were all in shock. We explained to her that we had arrived 1hr ago. She came back to tell us that she made a mistake that she got confused, that it wasn't our table that had to leave. We were horrified
Would never return
Carolina our hostess and our server( girl from Vermont) made it a memorable Mother's Day. Thank You
Initially my family and I was sat by the bar at a table with out a table cloth way in the back corner. And they wanted us to walk down the steps into main dining room to get our food. I quickly went up to the Manager and explained how I made these reservations Months ago and no way on Mother's day that family going to eat at the corner bar side and not in the dinning room. The manager went and checked his papers and quickly moved my family and myself into the main dining room. It was really appreciated and my wife and kids enjoyed their Mothers day brunch.
I booked these reservations months ago for Mothers Day. After waiting in line for 15 minutes to check-in, my group was escorted into the bar area and had to walk into the main ballroom for the buffet. We were quick to notice that the ball room was not full, and there were plenty of open tables. Our service was extremely lacking as well. We were served once and our waitress/bus boy did not come back around to refill waters, coffee or mimosas. Worse yet, no one cleared our plates. We ate our desserts on top of our meal dishes! It was a terrible experience. We've been there many times and have often chosen this over the Concordville Inn due to the nicer presentation. We will not be making that mistaken again. A member of my group went to find a hostess/manager to ask for the check and to comment on the terrible service we got. She simply said, "okay" and walked away. Aside from the fact that it was nice to have a meal together, we left brunch very very angry.
Food was excellent. Great variety. Waitress extremely nice, friendly, and welcoming. Atmosphere is beautiful.
We ate at this restaurant as we were staying at the Radnor Hotel..We were pleasantly surprised with the variety on the menu. The food arrived promptly and was fresh and delicious. We have rave reviews for the staff. Our server was superb, professional and very informed about the food choices. The restaurant was nicely decorated and quiet enough to have a conversation with our friends without interference.. We highly recommend this establishment
We come here for brunch multiple times a year. This time it was for Easter Brunch. As always, it’s top notch. Probably the best brunch in the area. Thanks again
This was our first time to the restaurant. Food and service were awesome. Will definitely go back.
Excellent, as usual. Always great food and service.
Great food and service. Huge variety of items!
