   What a lovely hidden gem! The castle and grounds are amazing and add such a delightful visual while enjoying a scrumptious selection of teas and nibbles. We didn’t really know what to expect, and my husband isn’t the least bit a tea-table kind of guy. However, he was impressed and even said he’d do it again. Don’t be shy about trying something out of your comfort zone. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Go see this place and find a new way to relax and enjoy companionship and real human interaction.

   What we received for menu items was not worth our time or the cost. More traditional food items would have been more palatable. All 6 of us were not pleased with the menu items. We have been to a few teas in the past at your place and others and have had a better experience.

   What a wonderful experience for mother's day. All the staff were wonderful and friendly and the chef even came to check on us. I recommend booking tea for a memorable experience!

    Gleneyrie was amazing! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and full of rich history. I highly recommend staying overnight there. Their tea is great. They have an awesome selection and their service also is very courteous. Very thankful to the Lord that there is a little gem like this tucked away in beautiful Colorado.

    A very enjoyable experience. Tea options were perfect. The food was amazing - its nice that they offer vegetarian and gluten free options as well. The castle is a delightful place to have a tea and spend a calm and relaxed afternoon. I defiantly recommend it - if you like tea and castles this is a must experience when you are in Colorado Springs. I will be back.

    Glen Eyrie Castle is beautiful, the food was amazing, and the staff were very nice! The lunch tea experience is definitely worth the time and money. We dressed nice casual and didn't feel out of place. There were some people who dressed more fancy and others in T-shirt and jeans. You can really dress to make the experience what you want it to be. Our lunch was at 1:30p so it wasn't as busy as the earlier appointments, and by the time we had finished and I was able to take pictures it was mostly empty.

    Lisa our tour docent was fabulous!!!! So enjoyed her knowledge and enthusiasm for the history of the castle and Palmer family. The tea was absolutely delicious and delightful!

    Very beautiful location, both the restaurant and the surrounding grounds. Every item on the tea menu was absolutely delicious, unique, and quite filling. Lastly, the staff was very gracious and attentive. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area.

    This is my third time coming for tea with my family and once again it was seamless, beautiful, gracious service. The tea and the food is extraordinary. They even had a children's meal that my four year old daughter loves! Visiting the castle is so relaxing and it really brings you back to a time when things were more simple. I love it there and can't wait for my next excuse to return.

    My mom and I had a pleasant experience at tea at the castle. The tea was very good. The desserts, scones, and biscotti were excellent. The other food such as the soup, salad, and sandwiches were okay. Our server was attentive and very nice. The space where the tea is served is not very large and seemed a bit crowded, the tables were close together and we were in the middle so servers kept having to pass right by us to take the food and tea to guests and to clean up. We did enjoy it, but I'm not sure I would go back, as with tip the cost was nearly $100 for two people. The grounds of the castle are beautiful.

    We were so impressed with the tea at Glen Eyrie. Each of us got our choice of tea and our own pot. We were able to share and enjoy a few cups each. But it’s only part of the experience. The food was amazing! Different flavors of sandwiches and small bites and desserts. It was all above and beyond. From the music room setting to Katie’s attentive but not overbearing service to the whole experience. We’re looking forward to returning again.

    Our family enjoyed afternoon tea for a special occasion. It was fun to visit the castle, we just wish we had budgeted more time to explore the grounds. We had the gluten free option. Everything was flavorful, although the scones were on the dry side. All four of our tea choices were on the weak side though. This wasn't a deal breaker though as the experience was the main point.

    My daughter wanted to spend an afternoon doing something we normally do not do. This was her pick. I am so glad we did it, and will 100% be coming back, maybe a monthly thing. She is almost off to college, and this is a perfect way to spend an afternoon with her.

    Venue was great, servers fantastic. Soup was tasty but luke warm. The lemon curd, clotted cream, and scones left a lot to be desired, (and I’ve been to quite a few English tea houses). But we had a fun afternoon.

    My friend and I went to Glen Eyrie for afternoon tea. The castle was beautiful, well maintained, and comfortable. The service was excellent and the food exceptional. Bot my friend and I needed gluten free food. The staff easily accommodated. The food was so good! And neither of us got sick (a statement to them minimizing any cross contamination).     Reservations made with the expectations that the food and service would match the cost and location. None of this applied. Food was marginal. Salad was old, wilted lettuce, without much taste. Sandwiches were not of a variety typical of High Tea which is usually, cucumber, egg salad, etc. The sandwich provided was a thick piece of undercooked pork belly impossible to chew on a bread that been left out too long before the service (not made to order). The scones were over dry. Though the lemon curd was tasty. Pastry was ok, biscotti was uninteresting. Service was rushed, tower placement should have been on the side of the table. Table was challenging considering all the plates coming and going before finishing. This was an intended birthday celebration that was a flop! Good luck! Glen Eyrie was an overall disappointment.
