We feel so lucky to have found this great little spot among the chain restaurants and hustle and bustle of Time Square. Out family of 6 had a great dinner between Parts 1 and 2 of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and we will absolutely return. Huge menu, great food and cocktails, wonderful service, and very inviting decor for a rainy night.

We came here for Thanksgiving, and they offered an amazing pre-fixe dinner. It was delicious and very generous portions. I highly recommend!

Arrived before reservation and there was no problem seating us early. Very attentive staff. Warm beet salad was very tasty and eye pleasing. The pasta Oso bucco was excellent. Ended meal with a cappuccino which was very well prepared.

Went there for lunch with friends. Three of us ordered The chicken pot pie which was a disappointment. Although the crust was nice there were micro amounts of chicken(1/4 inch cubes) and the celery was undercooked. One friend had a BLT and another had the salmon scramble which they said was fine. Most likely won’t go back.

Made reservations for breakfast at 7:30AM on Sunday oct 13. Wanted to meet some friends for my birthday. Gleason’s is closed until much later on Sunday mornings. Apparently they can’t be bothered to update their opentable profile. Makes me wonder if they have the same bad attitude about customer service in general and whether their food is as poor quality as their service Opentable should remove them from the site until they get their act together
