Bonnie's Restaurant at Glasson Lakehouse, Athlone, Ireland offers a superb dining experience, serving lunch and dinner daily. Our menu has been created by Executive Chef Dee Adamson with an emphasis on fresh, local produce and seasonal fare. Our team provide warm, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service and are excellently versed on our daily specials and wine pairings.

Lovely food. I had mushroom starter and ribeye steak with mash. Very welcoming staff and location is great.

For lunch: Staff were very slow all round. I had to keep asking for them to take an order and then our food came out at 3 different times. Food was nice but it just didn’t come together. No one came to take another drinks order and when I wanted the bill I had to go back into the restaurant to request it. We had dinner in Bonnie’s too and the staff were much better. Our food was delicious! Couldn’t fault dinner service

Extremely disappointed with my visit to Bonnie's restaurant one staff member made my partner and I feel very uncomfortable due to her lack of professionalism, this same staff member was also laughing about her interaction with us with the table right beside us. We will not be returning for this reason.

Had a lovely lunch and very welcoming the open fire ate reception. Great view across lough Ree will definately will be back

Fabulous dinner. Ordered the tacos and smoked salmon for starter then the chicken supreme and burger for main. Finished off with the crème brulee for dessert. All absolutely delicious. Great service. Expensive but worth the price. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a fabulous dinner and breakfast in Bonnies. The chicken Supreme was amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful, decor is beautiful. All in all a great experience.
