We made the reservation and we went to the restaurant and it was closed. We were looking forward to eating there, and found it interesting that we could make a reservation for a restaurant that wasn’t open at that time.

Food was not very good and the server was not very friendly or timely.

We had a big party and our server handled us like a true champ! The margaritas leave LOTS to be desired. 3 people retuned them.

Rude waiter, do not expect to be treated like a human being if you are anything but of white descendant. Extremely rude and condescending service and atmosphere.

Great- felt like an open space- would definitely go again.

Terrible. I made a reservation for a special date. I got there and the place had a wedding, an the restaurant was not working that night. It ruined my night.

Not huge fan of chips, would rather of had options like side salad or even fries.

First we thought we were going to be on the roof top as advertised, that was very disappointing!!!! Our food was awful, it tasted very blend and weird, also our waiter was inattentive, we waved him down and try yelling for him he completely ignored us. It made us feel very sad when we saw him being so social with other tables near us.... we waited one hour for him us condiments so we could’ve attempted to make our food taste better. Out cocktails were amazing I can say that, also the manager acknowledged and compensated us by taking the food off our bill! I wouldn’t return to this place unless I was having drinks only at the bar!!!

I don’t really have any complaints with what was served, or how the whole event was. It was all fantastic. I just wish there were some brunch options on the menu. We came at 11am on a Sunday. It’s Milwaukee. I would’ve thought there would be some sort of mixed menu. But... never the less, would definitely return. I guess it’s my fault for not looking at the menu ahead.

I went with a gal pal and we were both first timers. It was pretty empty when we arrived. We were disappointed that the rooftop is only open on the weekends, but had lovely outdoor seating on first level. We had delicious mojitos and shared potachos.(nachos with potatoes. Huge platter was generous for both of us. Very tasty.

My server was not attentive and was not able to provide any suggestions. The food looked OK, but lacked seasoning and taste. Not many options for sides and appetizers. The drinks were not good. I'd only recommend going here for beer and selfies.

Servers were not wearing masks properly. Watched staff take off masks as soon as they walked into the kitchen. As a customer, didn’t feel comfortable. Great ambiance!!! Cheese curds were great. Service wasn’t the greatest. Slow service and not many guests were there.

Awesome atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in a greenhouse. Food was solid, but nothing special.

Food was very good, Cesar salad was crispy, potato chips and dip were very good, cod sticks were crispy, chicken sandwich was delicious the pimento spread was so good. And of course the beer is always one of the best in MKE

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend the food at this time. My kid and I ordered the double brat patty sandwich with chips and onion rings. Both items came out rather quickly, but were cold to luke warm at best. My not-so-picky kid wasn't refused eat anymore than a few bites, citing his displeasure with the food temperature as well. I wanted to complain but it was very busy. Just grabbed the check, paid, and left

Service was very very slow. Our server was very kind but a quick beer and brunch took over and hour.

Glass + Griddle has several things going for it - a pleasant, open space in a convenient location. The service is friendly and helpful, and many items on the menu sound delicious. The ones we ordered did not quite live up to the hype (we were hoping for more aggressive flavors in some cases), but they were still tasty, and the portions were on the generous side. Beer was especially good, befitting a restaurant located in a brewery. Overall it was an enjoyable experience, and I would gladly go there again.

My group and I really enjoyed our meal. It was the perfect place to dine before the Bucks game! Our server was polite and helpful. I would be thrilled to visit again!

Our server was nice but I can’t overlook the bad service. She never checked on us after someone else brought our food. Things were missing and we needed condiments. It seemed like she was avoiding our table on purpose. I don’t know if she was overwhelmed, they were under staffed or both. We would have said something about some of the missing food but honestly was just too much work. We shouldn’t have to ask for more coffee and why don’t they have carafes to top off coffee instead of bringing a new cup? If we asked for cream the first time and the cream is empty, I would think cream would be brought with the coffee. It wasn’t. Had to find her again to check out, I would have liked to have seen the bill instead of you announcing at the table you will take care of it electronically on your thingy. I have no idea if I was overcharged or undercharged. I won’t be back. The food was good and it seemed promising but definitely seems to need some front of the house training.

We love the atmosphere here and it’s a great place to watch a game. Good place to drink some beers, but the food was extremely lacking. Overpriced and underwhelming.

Didn't seem crowed. Staff was very slow. Didn't offer a box to me for unfinished food. My daughter had the same amount left a half of sandwich and was offered a box. Server didn't know what each dish was. Waitress was very snotty at the end. I was considering dessert but with the slow service and sassy waitress I decided not to

Brunch with the family. The wall of plants was gorgeous. The food was nothing special.

Food took 45 minutes while restaurant was not completely full. The table next to ours took 20 minutes to even see a server, idk why they didn’t leave, my guest and I almost did. There were 2 times where kitchen staff came and tried to offer us food from a different table. Server checked up on us once, a minute into receiving our food and that was it. It was my first time here and it was horrible. Don’t let the modern atmosphere and plants fool you. Additionally, the menu is really short, barely any vegetarian options, dipping sauces were atrocious, and falafel tasted like it was from hell. If you aren’t looking to drink alcohol, you have about 2 other options, root beer or water.

Great to have a new place with good food and options for all taste buds near the courthouse!

We never got to dine here. We made our reservation on open table and the day of our dinner they called and said they were closed for an event that night. They couldn’t explain why or how it had gotten through and didn’t really seem to care. This has been my experience before with open table. The restaurants don’t care as much about the reservations that come through this site. Won’t do it again.

Good experience

The drinks are good. The food is okay depending on what you order. The service continues to disappoint. The server hardly checked on us (it was not busy at all). I ordered cheese curds and it took about 30-40 mins to receive them because the server completely forgot.

Not a great place for dinner. Loud. Communal tables. Somehow I missed that this was an indoor beer garden type environment. LOTS of TVs. VERY loud. Food was expensive and meh. Probably a great place for a happy hour and/or to watch a game. Terrible place for a dinner where you want excellent food or to talk without yelling.

We had a great time - food and beverage were good, service was good, atmosphere was good - what's not to like :) We will be back :)

Great beer and food was creative ,but simple menu. Really neat place for a casual night out. Service was slow and mix ups but that aside I would recommend

We were celebrating a graduation, with a group of 28 people. Everyone at Glass + Griddle was friendly, helpful and made sure our group was well taken care. Would definitely go back !!!

Had brunch with a friend on a Sunday. There were quite a few other tables but not all were taken. Our server was Mitchell who was the best part of our experience- so attentive and accommodating. I had the disco hash which was amazing and a large portion. Had half of it for lunch the next day. My friend had the classic breakfast with the pulled ham for her meat choice which she said was delicious. We also had coffee. Our bill was $25. There is also a nice selection of brunch cocktails like a bloody mary, mimosa, bellini , etc. It was my first time visiting this beer hall and MKE Brewing. Looks like a great place to watch a game or hang out with a big group. Very spacious. There was a holiday maker’s market going on in the event space which was really nice - a nice sized hall with a lot of natural light and a great view of the Fiserv Forum. My friend and I agree we will definitely go back especially when the weather is nicer and we can sit outside. And we will request Mitchell if he is available.

We have been here in the past when the food wasn’t so good but they have made some changes in the kitchen and the food has really improved. This time we got the beet and avocado salad and it was great! Keep it up!
