Food was cold, though the restaurant wasn’t busy, and it nothing our of the ordinary for a basic breakfast. Could have likely had the same at a diner for half the cost.
Im not normally one to write a review but I was disappointed. The ambiance, and staff were nice, but I wouldn’t likely go back.

I want to thank the staff for great service. Seeing that we had a large group for brunch the staff went to the trouble of opening up a new area and continued to give us friendly, efficient service all the time we were there.

The service here was great! The food was good, but the chairs are really uncomfortable!

The GH breakfast was top notch. Fresh, good quality and competitive price for the area.

Great
Food was delicious
Cocktails were delicious
Karaoke was loads of fun

Not so great
Fries were refried
The sever auto gratuity without telling us- before hand and at the point of delivering our bills. Not cool. We paid a tip twice for regular service.

When our group of 9 arrived for brunch they did not have my reservation which I had confirmed with the manager. Tables were arranged promptly as there was thankfully space. Food was brought to the table one plate at a time, meaning that the first person received their food then the last person of nine received theirs 30 MINUTES LATER! The bacon on FOUR plates were returned as it was undercooked. I expected far better and was quite disappointed. The flavour of the food, when it finally arrived and was cooked properly, was good.

Both the host and server were so incredibly friendly and nice. And not in an over the top annoying way. In a genuine, chill, happy way. Refreshing.

Not horrible but disappointing. The jazz band was lovely, but stopped early considering this was a special occasion and people came especially for that experience. And the food was cold! Buffet style is always tricky but the chafing dishes were not heated at all.

This was an incredible experience. Suzanne Barr is a force to be reckoned with- her passion and knowledge for food is extremely apparent through every intricate and well thought out dish. The entire concept of her menu is one of a kind and absolutely worth checking out. Would come here again 100%

What a fantastic eating experience! We left our menu choices to our very friendly and well versed server who shared in our passion for delicious food with a story. We all left fully satisfied both with our meal and the experience. I highly recommend the Chef in Residence dinner. What a treat!

We came because we loved Saturday dinette and missed Suzanne Barr and because we've celebrated special occasions at Gladstone before with great success Sadly it didn't feel very special - more like a very expensive pub. The service was good but unnerving when we saw our dish go to another table beside us by accident, return to the kitchen and promptly come out for us. Unclear if it was a new plate or they swapped for form's sake. Also incredibly loud dining room. Wine list ok. Fish delicious. Plantain good but very rich.
Given that this was a special guest chef the overall dining experience was low on special.

Suzanne is a warm-hearted genius. It's reflected in the entire dining experience. If you don't sidle up to her table you're missing out on the most uniqely beautiful food you've ever had. As honest and welcoming as Suzanne's winning smile. Thank you.
