Welcome to Door Artisan Cheese's Glacier Ledge Restaurant. Founder Mike Brennenstuhl had a vision to provide a three-fold culinary experience that educates, engages and excites guests in Door County. Chef Lawrence has embraced that vision through his menu. To him, dining is a holistic experience. He uses local and sustainable ingredients as much as possible. Many of the vegetables were grown right here on our property! He also has your health and well-being in mind. Most of our menu items are gluten free or can easily be adjusted to be and we have several vegan options. You are here to relax, dine and delight in the celebration of life and food. This Menu was designed to help you do that. Through chef's "small plate" concept, you can share and taste different dishes from around the world. Our newly added bar area adds another demention to our guests' experience.
