We loved this place . Very nice and personable waiter . Wonderful ambiance and delicious mushroom risotto
Been back several times for brunch always
Great. Thoroughly enjoy David he is a gem
Wonderful experience as always. I can’t say much more. It’s always a great time, great food, and great people. Period.
This place is awesome. I look forward to eating here whenever I am in NY meatballs are addicting.
My experience was great along with my date. The vibe/atmosphere was calming and the food was delicious to fill our tummies. Our server was very attentive and definitely will come back for another time.
First time at this place,Vanessa was a great ! Food was excellent totally recommended
We spent New Year’s Eve at Guilietta’s.
The food was wonderful, the service impeccable, the band delightful.
I can’t wait to visit again.
Service was excellent. the pannini sandwich was so-so. The music was loud and not very peaceful. Why do you want to be in a restaurant where you have to overtalk the music?
Overall, good. Service was somewhat slow even though not that busy. Made some good wine recommendations. Fried artichoke hearts were tough and chewy....I don’t recommend. Rice balls and meatballs were good, and the pear and ricotta ravioli was amazing!!!! Would go back just for that!!! Quaint atmosphere.
Giulietta's Cantina never disappoints. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and cares about your dining experience. The owner, Mike, takes extremely good care of his patrons and you can often see him visiting all of the tables for some quick laughs and interesting discussion on the wine and the dishes! And the Chambong brings every visit to the next level. I will absolutely continue to come back here for the good food, great wine list, and cozy atmosphere.
Great food, wonderful workers and service
Our waiter, David, was exceptional ... engaging, great recommendations, attentive. Everything our party of 7 ordered was delicious ... not a crumb was left. Desserts were incredible.
Quite lackadaisical. Constant delays at the bar due to excessive, chatty nature of the bartender - complimentary drinks were a temporary resolution but time between orders prevailed.
How about asking the lead bartender to stop having drinks with every single patron and maybe serve them instead? It’s not as charming or personable as it seems.
Amazing is all I can say. Food, atmosphere, service. You name it I give 5 stars. Chef/Owner Michael is simply incredible!! His staff is second to none. Period. If you are in the village, make a reservation at Giulietta’s you won’t regret it!
Great service along with great food. Crab cakes were excellent
Talk about outstanding. Really, the food is amazing. I’ve been here for dinner and brunch. Both are absolutely incredible. They have a good selection of wine, beer and champagne. Chef Michael is a true professional in every way. And while you are there have a chambong. Love it here and I will keep, going back.
It was Halloween Parade night and the crowd was at times as noisy and rowdy inside as out on Carmine Street. The menu was explained thoroughly by David I. and we selected somethings for the table which were perfect. My guests had fettuccine and ravioli and I have the rigatoni with sausage and rabe.
Out we went into the chaos of Halloween in the Village after being properly hydrated and nourished.
Great food, great service, extensive wine list, and quiet enough to hold a conversation over dinner on a Sunday night. Interesting menu of small plates, pasta, risotto, and entrees -- mix and match whatever you're in the mood for. Northern Italian flavors with a feminine leaning. Arancini, polpette, risotto al radicchio, and the snapper filet were all excellently prepared by a chef who paid his dues at Il Mulino (on West 3rd). We will be back, and will bring friends. Maybe try the brunch next time.
My only complaint is that we had to flag down the servers several times to fill our water glasses. But the food is wonderful.
A very pleasant and unexpected experience. Go for "Frank's table" on Sun evenings - excellent.
Olive oil is excellent!
Will warn you though - wine bottle prices are high although there are a few moderate prices.
Excellent meal, service. An unexpected pleasure. Highly recommend.
Love this restaurant. True Venetian food and fantastic wines. Great location. Highly recommended!
Wonderful time! Personal touch by the chef! All 9 of us were treated to an enjoyable, delicious, dining experience!
We had a lovely dinner there. The staff were very accommodating about the seating and the quality of the food was great. Overall a lovely evening!
Clueless. Poor service. Waitstaff were inattentive. Air-conditioning in a 90 degree day was turned off.
No one offered to do anything. Bartender stood and talked to a loud and coarse patron for 20 minutes before coming over -oh and he was the only other patron at the bar.
Do not go here. We left and went up the street and found a wonderful alternative.
In a word. Outstanding. We were there for brunch and the food is incredible, one in our party said best eggs Benedict he’s ever had. Prosciutto and Barratto omelette was incredible. Thr small bites to start had some of the best meatballs I’ve had in a long time. The service is excellent. Attentive, and friendly. Overall, there is really nothing bad I can say. Nothing. Go for brunch, go for dinner. But go to Guiletta’s you’ll love it.
Shockingly little amount of filet mignon came w/ steak n hash brunch item. Had to send it back. Omelette w/ prosciutto was very good. Chocolate cake was also very good. Extremely generous w/ boozy brunch refills and good service. Outdoor seating was nice on a beautiful sunny day.
Was okay, didn't really have anything that caught my eye.
Fabulous from start to finish! Great ambiance! Outdoor dining is a great option although we sat inside. Service was attentive. Even got to meet chef/owner who came to check if everyone was happy with their meal!
$29 for 3 small lamb chops.
I loved the appetizers, fried artichoke, lobster cannoli, Swiss chard, all of them we had so many. The raviolis were great, and the carbonara. The Ricotta Cheesecake highly recommended!!
The bartender/sommelier was delightful. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the wine and very pleasant.
The food was excellent. Far more than your typical wine bar with cheese and meats. Grilled octopus, baked oysters and crab cakes as good as any top tier seafood restaurant.
Tried this place on a fever for brunch with my boyfriend and place was nice and clean overall great place ,value was not expensive at all even after the voucher I had bought even making a reservation for this location was very quick and easy the service was great pleasant waiters . Would I recommend sure.
Great food, great service, good variety in the dishes offered AND a great place to go with a group. I went because I had a discount voucher, however, I will definitely return!
Food was excellent! Risotto with lobster was delicious and also recommend the shrimp with braised fennel. Just wish there had been more on the plate since everything was SO good! Probably can't go wrong with whatever you choose. Staff was very nice and attentive.
The lobster cannoli seems to be something of a signature dish, we thought it was bad. The filling was rich but had little flavor; it's that feeling when you know you're being unhealthy but you don't have a good reason to justify the decision. The oysters were fantastic, our entrees (pear-ricotta ravioli and spaghetti w/ragu) were just OK. The wine list is great, and the service was too. I'd recommend this place to someone looking for a spontaneous date spot and craving pasta (i.e. not a lot riding on the night and predisposed to like the food). But I'd tell them to stick to the more run-of-the-mill options, because from my (LIMITED, ONE-VISIT) experience, this place misses the mark when they take a chance.
This was a great find...Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Recommended great food choices for us. The food was authentic and fresh. We had the fettucine which was homemade and delicious. This will be our new go-to place.
This entire experience for 7 girls was amazing. The food and the service was amazing and we had so much fun. We chambong’d while sipping on great wine eating delicious pasta. I told our waiter to surprise me with an entree because I couldn’t decide and his choice was amazing. Try the zucchini flowers, the osso bucco ravioli, and the octopus. The individual attention really makes this place stand out.
This place is adorable, great happy hour deals with very good wine (not the swill that some places foist on you). Nibbles were delicious, and around 830 this excellent music trio came in. Highly recommended~
