The food was phenomenal. The service was pretty good. We went on a Saturday night in November and it was very busy. Definitely need a reservation. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

First time here, and this restaurant is a true jewel. The food was excellent and the price was more than reasonable. Couple that with attentive service and I think it’s a place everyone should experience

Not only was the food authentic and delicious, Michele who manages this exceptional restaurant was the perfect host for the evening and treated us like family! Everything was great - I particularly loved Spaghetti Carbonara & Salt baked Branzino.

Not the Girasole we went to before Covid Negroni was like a Campari soda came in a tall glass Fried Cod was advertised as lightly fried but. Was deep fried and a very small portion

Wonderful dinner. Staff is a bit too attentive and it was hard to understand the specials between a quick speaking wait staff and a noisy room. The food itself over powered any issues however and the evening was a success.

We went to this restaurant for Atlantic City restaurant week. Unfortunately they were out of one of the options, the one I knew I wanted which was veal parm. I then selected the Bronzino which was very good, but a small portion. My husband had a pasta salmon dish which was good. Appetizers were also good, calamari and Burrata with beets. Drinks were good but on the high side for specialty cocktails, $18.

food and cocktails were delicious. we did not have a good waitress. it was not crowded but our waitress was very inattentive. after trying to get her attention for a glass of wine (which we didn’t get to do as she was MIA) while we had our dinner (which someone else brought out) we decided to pack up our food and go home. love the restaurant. we always have a great experience here. except for last night. my birthday. could have made me feel special and I didn’t.

Was there for Restaurant Week on Friday and besides the wonderful food and service, I really enjoyed the live music!! About time someone would have such a great singer around this area! Will definitely be back. The singer was Incredible!

Excellent meal at this lovely restaurant. Fabulous mushroom and filet carpaccio and the most delicious eggplant and zucchini Parmesan I’ve ever eaten… I wanted to lick my sauce from my plate, it was that good. We will definitely return

First time and I totally don’t get all the hype. 4 for Restaurant Week. Our server was rather unpleasant. Appetizers all were good except the Caesar salad was too bland and tiny. One entree- the farfalle with salmon - was inedible and had to be sent back. Overly fishy flavor that permeated the pasta. Branzino and veal parm were good but no better than any other in Ventnor or Margate. And then there was the lounge singer. This guy was horrible. I have never rushed to get out of a restaurant the way I did here. Sorry Girasole, you just didn’t cut it.

This was one of many meals we've had at Girasole, it is by far our favorite restaurant in Atlantic City! It was Restaurant Week but we still would've chosen this as one of our dining choices. It was a Prix Fixe Menu, I chose the margarita pizza for an appetizer (we watched it being baked to perfection!), my husband had the Burrata and beet/tomato salad with vinaigrette. Both appetizers were amazing! For my dinner I had the Bronzino and my husband had the Pollo Girasole. The Bronzino was so light and delicate, cooked perfectly! The Pollo Girasole was so tender and quite a large serving, it was simply delicious! To make our experience even better, our waitress, Bernada was a delight! She knew the menu forward and backwards, answered all of our questions with expertise and was very attentive. We will go back to Girasole every time we are in A/C!

We dined during Restaurant week and the menu selections were varied and the food outstanding! Susie is a doll. We had to move our table because we were right next to the live music, they were very accommodating. Wonderful evening!

Very very disappointing. First of all, the photos with yellow and blue decor is false. It was extremely NOISY. It had the ambiance of Grand Central Station. We were there for AC restaurant week and if they wanted to showcase their food, they did a terrible job. The appetizers were good and the dessert was good. However, the entree of veal parm was not good, as the veal was very tough. An Italian restaurant should know how to prepare veal. The entree of branzino was okay, the fish was delicious but it was a very skinny fish, hard to scrape the fish off of the skin. NO, I would never go back there and I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are too many fine places to dine in Atlantic City and I would not waste my time going back here.

The Veal dish was tough and chewy almost like it was a frozen breaded veal product. Also, I was never asked if I wanted a pasta side (I thought it was included) Although it was nice to sit on the patio there was no warmth to that experience. The dessert of the cheesecake and pastry shell with vanilla cream with chocolate syrup drizzled on it was nothing more than a stall shell with Boston creme filled. Not to mention they never gave me my credit card back and when I called to see if they still had it ... The outgoing message told me to leave a short message and they would get back to me... unfortunately the mailbox was full, and it hung up. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Mike

First, they tried to put us out side. Horrible concrete room with horrible tables. Construction going on outside. Staring at Pacific Avenue! I refused to sit out there. They moved us indoors. The food is average at best. Ordered the veal Parmesan, which had a good flavor, but served alone. No pasta or anything with it. The desert tasted stale. Cheesecake was horrible and so are the cream puffs. We both had one bite and left it there! Definitely would not go back.

We went to Girasole for Restaurant Week in Atlantic City. Our reservation was for 6 pm. We arrived about 15 minutes early and were seated immediately. Although it was Restaurant Week and they had a $40.23 set menu, the food was delicious and large portions. I had to bring part of mine home.

Last night was the first time that when we arrived and had reservations we had to wait for a table. Everything was delicious, but the time between food being served was a long wait. I know the restaurant was very busy. Even though this never happened before in our prior visits.
