The restaurant was out of stock of a lot of things which we weren’t told about prior to sitting down. Very frustrating as I wasn’t able to order the drink or dessert that I wanted. There were other members of the party who also couldn’t order what they wanted

We were only told after we sat down there were no ribs or Pide. They had run out of apple juice. No hot drinks and unable to make smoothies

Really nice food from a varied menu of world cuisine. Lamb Taguine was lovely. Always a nice atmosphere when we go.

I would book again but when we went it was quite chilly sitting inside and everyone kept there coats on same throughout the restaurant the Air conditioning obviously wasn’t working properly. Couldn’t fault the food or service so would definitely return

I enjoy the food and good value for money that Giraffe offers. Howeve, the opening times at Lakeside are ridiculous. I booked a 7pm table to overhear a waitress tell people coming in that they closed at 8pm. Plus, this was a Bank Holiday weekend. I certainly would not have booked a table at 7 if I knew it was closing an hour later. Very disappointing.

We always have great food at Giraffe, the menu is varied and delicious and the staff always have a smile. Would highly recommend!

Food was good. One member of our party got there food late when the rest of us had finished. Waitress then started clearing before we had all finished. Not my best experience. We didn’t stay for dessert.
