Prepare to be thrilled at this all-star Italian restaurant located off Ocean Highway in Pawleys Island, SC. Gios Italian Kitchen is family owned and operated since August 7th, 2014. Brothers/Chefs Klodjan & Renato Hoxha run the kitchen while the sister/GM Eri handles the front. Parents are also involved in the business operation on a daily basis. The Hoxha family was born in Albania and moved to the United States in 2003, seeking the American dream. The family has 17 years of experience in cooking. Our chefs make all the dishes with the freshest ingredients and highest quality of product. Gios serves the best marinara sauce and some of the tastiest authentic Italian dishes in the Grand Strand. We pride ourselves in providing quality consistent good food while emphasizing in excellent guest service. Eat Fresh. Eat Well. Eat Local.

I had a wonderful birthday dinner at Gio’s. I highly recommend going for any occasion. The food and service were impeccable! Thanks for a lovely experience to make make day extra special!

We have been coming to Gio's for 4 years and until Saturday have never been disappointed. An order of the calamari arrived cool with a slight burnt taste. We let the waitress know and returned the order with only 4 small pieces missing and were surprised when we received the check and it was still on it. Our entrees weren't the usual wonderful items that we have always ordered but couldn't quite put our finger on what was wrong. I declined the soup and specifically asked that my portion of the lentil soup be served to my husband and it wasn't and it wasn't even offered as a to go item. To say the least it was our least favorite $100 meal at our favorite restaurant. Think we will visit the North Myrtle Beach location next time.

Gios never disappoints! The food is excellent and the service is superb. I love that most people dress for dinner at Gios. That makes it a special night out. Their wine list is really diverse. Highly recommend Gios for dinner.

We were seated on the porch. The noise level is terrible. Our servers apologized for the delay. They were busy filling Take Out orders. We never got our salads, the sauce on the Chicken Piccata had so much corn starch in it that it almost congealed. Just a bad night for three people and the bill was $200!

Quickly becoming one of the favorites!! Great menu, great staff, and the specials, hard to choose which way to order. Really enjoyed it!
