In 1959, Frank and Tina D'Ambrosio decided to start a new restaurant venture along with their "Paisans" Mario and Enza Volpe, after Frank had much success with his first restaurant, the original "Frankie, Johnnie, and Luigi Too! In Mountain View, CA. Named after a good friend of theirs, they opened the original "Giorgio's" in the Foxworthy Shopping Center in San Jose, CA. One year later, cousins Anthony and Louise Dambruoso, affectionately known to the family as "Sash and Lou", took control of the restaurant and ran it for the next eight years. Pictures and paintings of these folks still grace the walls of the establishment today. In 1968, Frank's four sons assumed control of the restaurant and still own and operate it to this day. In 1997 they opened a second location in Milpitas, CA, where they still offer the highest standard of quality food, service, and value to their customers. Bon Appetit!!

This was our second visit to Giorgio’s in Morgan Hill. The food was fine as expected but they appeared to be short on servers, the one we were assigned seemed to handle most of the patio, what we ordered took a long time to arrive and the server forgot to bring us a couple of items. Brought me the bill before I reminded him he had forgotten to bring me my espresso. Management needs to provide an adequate number of servers to handle such a large space.

We've eaten here before with friends one of which is gluten intolerant. Both times they brought regular pasta not gluten free. She has to wait while we eat our dinner. Also, I did not like my baked penne pasta. The sauce was very watery and not flavorful. Ate a few bites and that was it. Bread was very good though. Probably will not return.

Managed to get a table by the window as not crowded during lunch time. We had crab cakes for starters which was slightly dry to taste. Our lasagne and shrimp fettuccine portofino was good. Waitress was friendly but spilled the fettuccine sauce on floor and my husband’s jacket which was messy and left stains despite a quick clean there. Ambiance was pleasant and not too noisy as not many diners today.

We had a lovely dinner with great food and a wonderful waiter. We especially enjoyed the patio seating.

We were a party of 7, and everyone loved their dish. We did go on Valentine's Day, so I'm sure the noise level was higher than usual. Our waitress was very nice but we did have to ask for water 3 times. We'll definitely go again on a "regular" day.

we arrived slightly earlier than our reservation but they had our table ready in a few minutes. The server was excellent and made sure to take our order in a timely manner. They also made sure we were good with refills. The food itself was also amazing. Overall such a a good experience, we will be returning here again.
