Giorg has two private rooms that are available to book for your next event. Our larger room seats 20 people and our smaller room can seat up to 14 people. We offer a variety of menu options for groups, including the very popular family style dinner menu, a plated dinner menu and cocktail party options. Wifi access and a projection screen are available for presentations. With a group of 40 or larger we can also reserve the main dining room area. Giorg is a must in Thunder Bay. The food was incredible. The timing between the courses was the perfect amount so that you didn’t overdo it.. my gf and I shared everything and our server Trevor was amazing and made sure everything was perfect for her birthday! Real top notch place they have there. If you’re thinking of eating here. Do yourself a favour and do it. Cheers!

Went for a date and we were absolutely amazed by the service. We were greeted at the door and all the staff was so polite. We were brought to our table and our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu items and any questions we had about them. The fresh pasta was phenomenal, as was the bread and vinaigrette. Very accommodating as well, made one of their cocktails without alcohol for me. Overall, we felt very well treated and taken care of, it was a lovely evening with absolutely delicious food and probably the best service i’ve seen, ever. Simple menu as well, which is refreshing from the usual big amount of choices.

Excellent food , ambiance was very calm enjoyable , staff were excellent . Only thing I would say is the olives in the misto appetizer were very salty and I would have liked some tentacles in the misto calamari . Above all it is an excellent place to dine and be treated !

My husband and I had a lovely evening at Giorg cucina e Barra. It was a cold and snowy outside but the restaurant was warm and inviting. As usual, the food was amazing from the tuscan soup, through the linguine and scallop entree to the lemon olive oil cake to finish. Service was superb - not too much and not too little.

As always,the friendly service was amazing. We were celebrating Valentines Day early this year and Giorg was a wonderful choice. My red pasta sauce could have used some herbs for flavor, it was very ordinary but my wife's fettuccine with a white wine cream sauce was fantastic as were the Ceasar salads,bread and dessert.

Had a great night. Hadn't been in a while and found menu had limited options compared to few years back, but Understandable with today's market. Nonetheless food was delicious and the service was beyond amazing. Their service is second to none. Highly recommend you get reacquainted with Giorg's.

I have had the good fortune to eat at some of the best restaurants all over the world. This restaurant certainly rates amongst one of the best and is a hidden gem for Thunder Bay. The ambience is inviting and cozy, the service is impeccable, friendly and classy, the food is excellent and it made going out for dinner fun again. We will be back!

Our expierence at Giorg was excellent. service was fantastic. The waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu. The suggestions provided were absolutely fantastic. As we bothe enjoyed our choices. We felt it's still to early for Christmas music. Would definitely recommend Giorg's for anyone wishing a fabulous dining expierence.
