White linens, amazing wines, beautiful food are always enhanced by the care, passion, and attention to detail carried out by the service staff. With over 50 years of combined experience in the dining room, we strive to leave our guests with a lasting memory. Our chef is inspired by the changing flavours of the season and works with products from local farms and purveyors to create our seasonal menu options. Our pasta is made fresh in-house, the traditional way, by extracting it through a bronze die. Whether celebrating a milestone or celebrating Friday night, we will make sure your night is memorable!

Giorg has two private rooms that are available to book for your next event. Our larger room seats 20 people and our smaller room can seat up to 14 people. We offer a variety of menu options for groups, including the very popular family style dinner menu, a plated dinner menu and cocktail party options. Wifi access and a projection screen are available for presentations. With a group of 40 or larger we can also reserve the main dining room area. Please contact the restaurant directly for more information or to book one of our private rooms. * please note, party maximums will follow what is mandated during Covid-19.
