Was seated and waited 15 minutes with no one paying any attention to us. Restaurant was half empty. We left as we were totally ignored. Horrible service.

Very underwhelming food. Ceasar dressing basically mayo with mustard seeds, crispy artichokes soggy and tasted of fry oil, pasta lacked flavor

Great experience and wonderful ambience. Food was DELICIOUS. we celebrated a birthday and they made it very special. Table side Caio & Pepe was amazing.

Gioia is outstanding -- everything is delicious, the service is excellent. The cacio e pepe pasta is not to be missed, as is the branzino and milanese veal chop.
