Absolutely amazing food, exceptional service, and a wonderful atmosphere! Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend, a true gem in Oyster Bay!

We have Eaten at Gioia many times. The food and service is always excellent. It is noisy on a weekend nght because it is aways full.

Their food is phenomenal. Seated toward the back, the opposite from our reserved request, we had a non-English speaking buswoman give us some attention for the first :30. It took a while for the kind waiter, William to take our order. It was all, appetizers and my daughter's bolognese pasta, fantastic. The meal was in need, however, of some practical placement and removal of unnecessary plates on our smallish table. I do wish there were more dishes without pork, made for less possibilities. The manager, Nicolette, I believe, took over with grace toward the end. Indeed, we will run back to Gioia.

This was our second time dining at Gioia and we were a lil apprehensive because the first time was so special. Luckily, we were not disappointed. Our server (blank on his name) was truly fantastic, taking the time to go through the menu, sharing his recommendations in terms of favorite dishes and portions and just being a delight all evening. The Caesar salad was exceptional and the recommended fresh mozzarella and prosciutto combo as well as eggplant were sumptuous. But as we remembered, the highlight of the dinner were the two pasta dishes: lobster tagliatelle and the spicy shrimp pasta. Wine selection was limited but well priced and overall, it was a wonderfully delicious evening.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve always loved Gioia—it’s been one of my go-to spots for consistently great food and a welcoming atmosphere. That said, I’ve noticed some recent changes to the menu. While change can be a good thing, a few of the dishes that I’ve always ordered have been altered, even though they still go by the same name. The flavors and preparation are just not quite what they used to be. I’m still a fan of the overall experience and truly hope the updates are temporary or evolve in a way that brings back some of the original charm. Looking forward to seeing how things settle, because Gioia has always been a special place.

I was really excited to try Gioia, I’m a big fan of 2 spring and Jesse. Service was awful -took 30 Mins to get a drink and bread and Place was not full at all. We had to send back an appetizer bc it was drenched in dill. Maybe they were having a bad night but this is likely a 1 and done for me.
