⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve always loved Gioia—it’s been one of my go-to spots for consistently great food and a welcoming atmosphere. That said, I’ve noticed some recent changes to the menu. While change can be a good thing, a few of the dishes that I’ve always ordered have been altered, even though they still go by the same name. The flavors and preparation are just not quite what they used to be. I’m still a fan of the overall experience and truly hope the updates are temporary or evolve in a way that brings back some of the original charm. Looking forward to seeing how things settle, because Gioia has always been a special place.

I was really excited to try Gioia, I’m a big fan of 2 spring and Jesse. Service was awful -took 30 Mins to get a drink and bread and Place was not full at all. We had to send back an appetizer bc it was drenched in dill. Maybe they were having a bad night but this is likely a 1 and done for me.

Fantastic food every time we go. Can't go wrong with prosciutto di parma and shrimp for starters. Tagliatelle bolognese and osso bucco are delicious. The service is always very friendly and attentive. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the specialty drinks are great. Always look forward to dining here.

Delicious made pasta, right in the front of the restaurant. Wonderful accommodating service. Wonderful dining experience, from beginning to end.

We had a great experience on our first time here. The place was great. The food was excellent as everyone really liked their meals. The service was very attentive. Overall it was excellent.

Great food. Eggplant and Cucumber appettizers were unique and delicious. Will definitely be going back to try more from the menu.

One of the best meals I have had in a while. Food was way above average, fresh, uniquely prepared and served by a very attentive staff. All in all a very lovely dining experience..

Dinner at Gioia 5/17/25. Party of 2. Pre-fixe meal good value. Delicious Shrimp appetizer. Entrees: Mushroom Lasagna… 3 pinwheels. Ricotta, spinach filling with red tomato sauce. Excellent. Lobster Tagliatelle… chunks of lobster meat over homemade pasta… Excellent. Dessert: Torta Tenerina… a decadent flourless chocolate cake with fresh raspberries and blackberries…a perfect dessert. I definitely recommend Gioia and suggest that reservations are necessary.

Always enjoy Gioia! My wife and I usually sit at the bar when we can. Great food and atmosphere- service first class. The fresh pasta is always a hit!

This is our sixth time there and we still love it. Kids took me there for Mother’s Day eve dinner. A little (ONLY a little)disappointed that they changed their menu up an didn’t have the tortellini or another dish that I can’t remember the name of but it was a stuffed pasta dish as well. Maybe it was a winter thing. 🤷‍♀️ but I hope it returns. We ordered two appetizers—the grilled cauliflower and the warm mozzarella. We ordered the mozzarella with prosciutto de parma but I don’t think the server heard us (it was vey noisy) because it came without. We didn’t complain though, because they also served us (comp) a cucumber appetizer (which we really want the recipe for..it was so good!) and the white bean appetizer, which was scrumptious. Three people in our group ordered the tagliatelle bolognese. My brother in law had it last time we went and highly recommended it. This time all three people concurred that the tagliatelle was overcooked and could have used a little more sauce. My daughter loved her lobster tagliatelle and I loved my lasagna so overall it was only one dish that missed its mark. The waitstaff was outstanding. They realized that one person in our party had ordered a gluten free dish so they adjusted the cauliflower recipe to be gluten free as well. Overall, it was a terrific evening and a perfect Mother’s Day dinner. And everyone was thrilled to see Jimmy Fallon who had just finished and was leaving as we were coming in. No photos because I left my phone at home and we were too busy enjoying the evening!
