Last minute outing with our family
Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, prompt and thankfully the restaurant was cool on a sweltering evening. Will surely return with friends.
We really enjoyed the beautifully and creatively prepared foods.
Language was a bit of a problem. Please bring appetizers to table and then main course. Great value, fresh and delicious. We will be back.
Just OK. Everything was just at an OK level.
Delucious, fresh sushi and other Japanese staples as well as creative iterations of the same. Restaurant is clean if minimally decorated.
Great UES neighborhood sushi place. The staff was extremely attentive and the sushi was fresh and delicious!
Friendly staff, delicious food, generous portions. Will happily return when in the neighborhood again.
I always enjoy eating at Ginza I know I'm going to get fabulous sushi at a reasonable price. The wait staff is amicable and prompt. It seems to me that Ginza is one of the many hidden gems in New York City.
Their colorful menu is one of only a few I've seen that truly accurately depicts what your order will really look like. All items are brightly displayed, and in our case when they arrived the dishes matched the menu. We all had sushi and sashimi, so those are what I can report on.
Ginza Japanese is a small (family-run?) restaurant on Lexington Ave. between 61st and 62nd. It is a quiet little hole-in-the wall place that has excellent sushi--which is why I went. The sushi was quite fresh, not overly priced. The service very good. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants quick, affordable standard Japanese fare in a quiet little NY restaurant.
Mediocre food. Service and ambience also not great, but these I don't mind if the food is good. No idea why it had a high rating on your site
