Ginseng is a Korean grill and barbecue restaurant. This is a no-frills eatery located in the heart of Las Vegas. Guests are welcome to sit and enjoy their meal in the Ginseng dining room, or they can order online or by phone for pickup or delivery. Best of all, Ginseng is open 24 hours a day, so patrons can get fresh Korean food whenever they'd like. The menu is primarily made up of Korean classic. Ginseng's appetizers include traditional cultural fare like kun mandu, job chae and vegetable and shrimp tempura. The house specials are chicken teriyaki, shrimp bok um bab and a marinated pork cutlet. Ginseng also sells several hot pot dishes, which are proteins that have been marinated in a unique beef stock broth.
