We had a 5:30pm reservation and was not served until after 7pm. Soup was cold, calamari was very chewy. Table next to us was full of adults and they were throwing paper airplanes around the restaurant, one landed on our table. Our server did our best, never caught her name and she only came once to check on us. We were reassured multiple times “the food will be out shortly” after the first 30 minutes, followed by an hour. We finally asked for a manager after 90 minutes of waiting. We were also seated inside, near the hostess table. The manager did come out and cover our bill, which was nice. We may come back to give this place another chance, but very unlikely. Do better, Gino’s. This isn’t what the place used to be like at all.

Everything was beautiful and everyone was nice but I had reservations for brunch and our waitress told me they were not doing brunch even though it was during brunch hours then the selective menu they had the was was 1 1/2 hours. We drove 45 minutes thinking we were going to brunch on Father’s Day

We had a reservation for lunch and were seated right away. Everything went downhill from there. We ordered drinks and apps and soon after lunch. Drinks were served in an acceptable amount of time, but we waited 90 minutes for the apps, over 2 hours for the food. Some of the meals were good, but half (4) were terrible. Breakfast burrito was ice cold, salads were sad and missing main ingredients like eggs and avocados. Meals were eventually comped but bar tab was enormous since we ordered more drinks than normal waiting so long. I live close by and want this place to succeed, but they need to make serious improvements in the kitchen.

We had a very nice time, we ate outside. I do think that they need to get more umbrellas for outside. If it was lunch time and the sun was out it would be hard to stay out there without one. We will definitely go again

Wait time for our food from when we placed our order to when it was delivered to our table was well beyond an hour. Food was mediocre, had a salad with chicken - they use precooked proteins, then grill them to present an appearance of fresh. Chicken was mushy - Once paid, we noticed we were doubled charged for the protein and dressing in the salads we ordered - $20 overcharge blamed on her “second day” - LMAO. Manager was happy to correct the incorrect charge, he only credited us 16 back - weird! Disappointed to say the least

The food was great. The value was fair, the service was poor. Food slow. Ask for Bread never got any, never ask about second drinks, no salt or pepper, it was a birthday and ask for dessert never came. No paper tab. All on tablet. Bad for older guests. Outside was beautiful, music was good not to loud. Not enough help. Also kitchen was slow. Lived this place over the years. So excited bro go back. Won’t try again for a long time. So sad.

Good food, beautiful view on the lake. Not enough waitresses, they were truly hustling. More umbrellas needed on the outdoor patio please.

We waited quite a while, perhaps 30 minutes, for our order to be taken. The food was acceptable, but not exceptional. If you're looking for drinks and a nice view of the lake, this might be a suitable location.

Had reservations and seated waited over 20 minutes for anyone to come to our table. Actually had to go find someone to get water. Someone finally came to table and took drink order; got the wrong drink (not what was ordered) didn’t bother to send it back since didn’t think would ever get correct drink. Got apps promptly and they were good. Ordered food sat for over an hour no food. Manager came over said sorry he would take care of us since we waited so long. Finally got food and there was a bug in one of the meals others were cold. Food was mediocre at best. Manager came over and replaced bug meal but said they had the door open so probably just flew in. I don’t care a bug is a bug in your food! We were eating inside not outside. Waited even longer to get bill with no discount as manager said would be on bill. Finally got things straightened out and left. That was over a 2 hour experience I will never get back. Wouldn’t go back terrible service, food and management.
