Consistency is key and Gino’s always delivers. My wife and I go when we are in town around Thanksgiving and this was our 3rd year. Ossobuco ravioli is always a solid choice.

The best kept secret on MIA Beach -- located in Mid-Beach. The best Italian neighborhood dining. Your favorite Italian foods elevated. Fresh, interesting, flavorful. I will be back EVERY time I'm in MIA.

We were so glad that we tried this restaurant and will definitely be going back. The Parma ham was fresh sliced and plentiful. The Caprese was uniquely prepared and combined ricotta and stracitella with fresh pesto. You needed extra bread so that you could enjoy every bite. Upon the server’s recommendation we tried the Osso Buco ravioli. It was delicious, with the perfect filling on the inside and touch of white sauce on the outside. It melted in your mouth. The Cacio e Pepe was hearty and flavorful. Next time we’ll try the mushroom ravioli as it looked fantastic. The tiramisu was also great—a perfect combination of espresso and cake that still had some crunch rather than being mushy. We highly recommend!

Great, very Italian place. Small and very cozy, like being in Italy. Very passionate, professional waiters, and the food is exceptional. I had the Osso Buco raviole, but my friends had eggplant and branzino, everything was terrific!

All of the staff is from different parts of Italy, making it feel like you stepped away from miami beach for a minute and entered their country. The team is wonderful and provides great service! The food is exceptional - you must try their Caprese (which is not the normal way you know of it) and their Ravioli! To die for!

Authentic Italian food. Ordered the pizza (not for kids but very delicious) and eggplant parm.. this was served far from the bread crumb version you’ll usually find but again, highly recommended. Great service. Tolerant of two toddlers.

Fantastic all the way around! Food is delicious; service excellent; restaurant so cozy. If I could change one thing is would be portion sizes --- for the most part, they are on the small side; both food and wine pours - but that doesn't stop me from wanting to go back over and over again!

This spot is off the charts great!! Half the guests were Italians speaking Italian as they enjoyed delicious wine and food. That is always a great sign and further adds to the atmosphere. Ditto the Italian wait staff. Being a New Yorker, I have easy access to tons of the best Italian restaurants in the world. This rivaled them all. A little homey old time masterpiece!! The classics (cacio e pepe; bucatini alla amatriciana) all done to perfection. The house selection of nero d’avola or falanghina and others were spot on!! Not a bad thing to say. Run here!!

We were impressed by the food which, while simple, was delicious. And, although it looks like a very basic cafe, the glassware and china were particularly nice. There is only one waitress who couldn’t have been nicer and the two cooks — who are right there — were efficient.
