We were seated fairly quickly but I had requested a standard table but they put us at a high top (my wife had recent knee replacement and it's very difficult to get up on a stool (we survived). Took about 10 minutes to get water and order. My wife's salmon was arid dry and visibly burned (how does a chef/server expedite that dish?), my Ruben: asked for med well got rare, pastrami sauerkraut mix cold, cheese slice just put on top no heat cold. The worst part for you...it took an hour to get a cocktail we just drank water listened to the band, tied up your table and you lost revenue. We wanted to come back on Friday for dueling pianos don't think that's going to happen.

Made a reso through open table . Looked at the menu and it looked good with plenty of vegetarian options . Got there and the menu was half the size and most of the vege options were gone . Was told they have gone through Gm and chef changes and that the menu wasn’t up to date . Food was meh , server was ok . Don’t see us going back . Not mad , just dissapointed that what we went there for wasn’t available

First time here and they do have a great outdoor patio. Food is good not great but definitely better than many. Enjoyed ourselves as they had a band too. Would go back

Went here for Mother’s Day, the overall vibe of the restaurant was really cute. Decor, music etc. However I ordered the Mother’s Day special, which was a shrimp Alfredo. First of all, who puts spiral noodles with a traditionally fettuccine dish? Secondly, it was ice cold in the middle, flavor was subpar. I asked my server to take it back so it could be heated up or something. Brings it back to me, still cold. I finally give up on the Alfredo and just order a burger which they did manage to get right, it was good.. not the best burger I’ve ever had but good. Wine they gave me was in a dirty glass, which they only filled up about 1/4 of the way. If I’m paying $9 for a glass of wine could you at least give me a half glass?? Overall, it wasn’t great but not terrible. I don’t know if I’ll ever give them another try but if I do I definitely won’t order the shrimp Alfredo again!

This was our first visit. The ambiance was great. What you’d expect, TV’s, music, beautiful market lights, indoor and outdoor seating. Not a huge menu but they had the right stuff, something for everyone. Our problem was our waitress Lisa. Horrible. Started out ok, a little slow with things but once we got our food she gone. And she passed our table intentionally not making eye contact. So weird. So we eventually finish our meals with no drink refills and waived down a manager. He comped our drinks which was a step in the right direction. That’s why I didn’t go hard on the star rating. He did try to make things right. So in summary, everything was five star. When you order your drinks ask for a glass of water too 🤣. Because you never know if you’ll get a Lisa for your wait person.

We enjoyed the brussel sprouts shared dish. Very unique & tasty Reuben burger as well! We will be back. Great service!

Made reservation and when we got there they didn’t have a table for us. They pulled a table together but than we sat at the table for 10 mins without a server or anyone coming to our table to assist us. We watched servers walk right past us multiple times. I had to go to the hostess stand to tell them it had been 10 mins without anyone acknowledging us. The hostess apologized and said the the server didn’t know we were table. Unacceptable - the servers should be trained that when they see a table of ppl that haven’t been served to home by even if it’s not there table and then tell the manger/ hostess that it seems no one is serving our table - we shouldn’t have to. We finally get a server and she delivers the water & soft drinks but we waited another 10 mins for our bar drinks and a glass of chocolate milk. They tried to make it up by getting us a free dessert - and it was tasty, but I think they could have done more. Like when I told the manager : head hostess that one had come to our table she should have put a appetizer in for us so that we had something at our table. I don’t blame our server other than ALL servers should be told to look out for tables that hadn’t been servers & check on the table. I gave the server +20% tip but my family will not be going back. There are far to many other choices with good food & much better service.

Our bruschetta was on thin untoasted bread very poor quality toppings. My drink had a sugar rim that dripped all over the glass stem before it was even brought to me. My salmon was so over cooked it was hard as a rock and dark brown with a awful sauce on it. I could not even cut it with a knife. It tasted terrible. They took it off our bill. The food looks nothing like the pictures they post. Most disappointing meal we have ever had. I guess when we pulled up and their food truck was sitting on its drum and the garbage can was smoldering in the parking lot we should have just left.

The staff are the best. We went on a very busy Friday night. They treated our party of 6 like family, sat us quickly, and were attentive to our every need, A to Z. The food was perfect. After dinner, a few of us hung out with bartenders Arilyn and Julie. Super friendly and fun. Thanks for the laughs. The vibe of Ginger Monkey can not be beat. This was very enjoyable. We can't wait to come back.

The food was amazing! We ordered the salmon, chicken sandwich, and brussel sprouts for appetizer. Everything was perfect. As we waited for the food you could smell what they were cooking! The smell alone made your mouth water!
