Gindi Thai Ratings and Reviews
We have our Administrative Professionals Lunch here. I was impressed that the restaurant was ready for us when we arrived. Parking was easy with the Valet, but if you are looking for street parking it was scarce. The Lunch special portions were large and a very good value. Taste of the food was excellent. Due to being busy the services was a bit slow , with drinks and Dessert requiring us to flag a staff member down.
Overall- we plan to return and take advantage of their delivery as well.
I have been a regular at Gindi Thai for a few years now. It is usually over a business meeting at lunch because it is close to work. The food is always very good. It does get busy and noisy so it may not fit every business situation but I have not had anyone go with me that has not enjoyed the place. The price is affordable. The staff is friendly. They have valet parking at $6. Street parking around the restaurant is not super easy to find.
Gindi Thai is a good restaurant for Thai food! Our family is vegetarian and they accommodate us by making dishes without seafood sauces, chicken, meat, etc. The food tastes very good and the ingredients are healthy. Has the standard Thai dishes and also has a nice modern decor. The place feels a bit cramped but overall it has been a goo experience every time we have been there. Yesterday we were there for our 47th wedding anniversary.
This restaurant is quite special. Probably the best Thai food I have ever eaten. The sauces are layered and flavorful; soups taste truly homemade in the best sense of the word. The staff is courteous, and helpful in decision-making. It is wonderful to have the advantage of an authentic Thai restaurant with options of Sushi as well. And, few asian restaurants offer the full bar that accompanies this restaurant. It is well worth the trip from Hollywood to Burbank to enjoy this wonderful place.
The place looks extremely elegant and you would think that the prices were going to be outrageous, but they are quite reasonable. It's a quiet place and good for conversation. The wait staff was attentive and the quality of the food is outstanding. I was full with the appetizer and almost finished my curry meal (took the rest home as leftovers).
