   Service was poor, the restaurant wasn't even busy but the waiter kept forgetting to check on us or what we asked for. He was sitting down completely oblivious.

   $46 pasta that was bland; absolutely nothing special. The server’s suggestion of adding chicken was a fail—chicken was over cooked, chewy and flavorless. Adorable spot, has a great drink menu and brunch food is pretty good but dinner was a huge disappointment.

   As locals, we really wanted to love GiGi's to broaden our restaurant list, but unfortunately our expectations weren't met. Starting with our server who clearly didn't want to be at work on this Saturday night. He was a real bummer! :/ Our cocktails and small bites were perfection and the treats of the night. My $48 Lobster Thermidor Pasta totally lacked lobster. There was maybe 3 tablespoons of lobster, so it wasn't exactly worth the price. Service was slow, so the drinks didn't flow like they could. We had to wander across the parking lot, to another bar to keep the party going.

    The service was first-rate. Everyone, from the main server to the person filling water glasses, was very attentive. The ambiance on the patio was good. It's a cute spot, decorated to convey a Palm Springs vibe. The appetizer was fine, but the entrees were overcooked. My dining companion medium steak didn't have any pink inside, and my brussels sprouts and crispy check were deeply charred. The char was the only thing you could taste. I had been to the restaurant before for brunch and that was nice, so I know it can be a pleasant experience.

    Our first time. Overall it was a nice experience. Food, ambience and service was good. They need more attention to the cleanliness at the table and floor. Placemats and silverware had food stuck on them. Concrete floor outside could use a spray wash.

    Super find! Has I not been staying at the Sonder V I wouldn’t have found this little gem! Beautiful patio dining, live music, perfect service and the food was amazing! All veg and gluten free options clearly marked. Throughly enjoyed the food, ambience and the tasty salted pear martini!

    The food was so flavorful!!! We went last night for my birthday and it is my new fave spot. As a veg, I'm used to being served bland risotto as the only choice on the menu. So happy that GiGi offers multiple veg options and they all had tons of distinct and delicious tastes. I will return and have already started telling friends to go there.

    Nice ambiance and location, but otherwise mediocre in all respects. Food was just adequate but expensive. $46 for a pasta is nuts. Cocktails were cloying instead of refreshing. A glass of Cabernet was served warm/almost hot. It just seemed like a place going through the motions. Would not recommend.

    Gigis is a poor value. Pig in a blanket was not evenly cooked and artichoke tempura was over fried (FYI it’s called tempura because timing is key). My bland branzino would have been excellent if it were $15 and not $45. Staff were friendly and welcoming if not a little aimless. Basically Gigis is below average considering it’s price point.

    The leadership, staff, and entire team are outstanding. The setting is great. The portions are quite generous. Like a number of places in Palm Springs and Los Angeles, the energy level and sound systems are on the loud side. Easy for me to see younger folks digging that. It’s a party atmosphere as the firepit is lit and the sun sets

    Have had 2 meals at Gigi's. Breakfast and Lunch. Service was always very poor. I think not enough help. And the food and even the coffee were never hot. Sometimes, barely warm. The coffee is excellent and would be wonderful if hot. Likewise the food.

    Absolutley loved this place. The ambiance and aesthetic was exactly what I like and the food was delicious. The brunch steak and eggs were perfection. My favorite drink was the Pornstar Paloma, refreshing on a warm day. I was visiting from out of town and ended up here twice, once for weekend brunch and again for breakfast on a weekday.     I’ve been here several times and brought some more local friends to check it out. Sadly it wasn’t up to par. The service was so spotty, slow and we had to ask for things repeatedly since the server kept forgetting. The crispy rice appetizer was delicious. The jidori chicken was good but we were told it was all breast meat and that was not accurate. Truffle pasta was the winner, it’s incredible. The sad service isn’t a deal breaker though. I’ll chalk it up to a rough night and give them another try.

    Elevated hotel restaurant. Our server Michael S. was attentive and patient, his service made the visit worth eating at a higher-priced venue. We sat next to the large fire pit and pool, the low music was great and the vibe was calm and ideal for a Sunday night. Food was good, but it could be better for the price. Drinks were excellent. The entire place is insta worthy, inside and out. Would highly recommend.
