New American cuisine is our fusion of cuisine which assimilates flavors from the melting pot of traditional American cooking techniques.
On the second ﬂoor, we have an amazing venue space for larger gatherings such as trendy rustic weddings, dinners, lunches, dances, concerts or social gatherings complete with its’ own private bar, large balcony overlooking the pond, stage for live music or shows and can accommodate over 100-250 guests. The name Gifford’s Kitchen and Social is a nod to the founders of the City of Elgin. In 1835, two brothers, Hezekiah and James Gifford left central New York in search of new land and ended their journey in Elgin Il.

Our Venue on the Second Floor is a site to see! We are perfect for weddings, showers, corporate events or fundraisers. The Venue on the 2nd floor can accommodate parties of up to 400 guests with a live music stage, private balcony and bar. We can seat up to 225 people for dinner or 400 people for a cocktail party. The first floor has a private dining room for up to 50 people and a semi-private area for a great cocktail reception for up to 75 guests. Be sure to check out our warm and inviting patio where the lower level can be used for a beautiful outdoor reception for up to 100 people.
