Cocktails were well prepared, and the wine selections were more than adequate. Our appetizers included a mixed salad and grilled octopus which were both excellent. Main course of fettucine with lobster (a regular menu item) was outstanding, as always, and the halibut (a special item that evening) was also superb. No room for desert but two complimentary Macarons were a nice touch to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

This is the "Best of the Best" restaurant in the Lancaster PA area. Everything the staff does is top notch. The Calamari Salad, Lobster Corn Chowder, Lobster Ravioli, Sea Bass, Yellowfin Tuna Tataki, and Jumbo Shrimp Spaghettini were done to perfection. There cocktails were wonderful and they have an extensive wine list with wines chosen to are likes. They went above to take care of their clients answering all questions in an informed manner. Kudos to the Maître De who meticulously checked on every table personally, the Servers who all showed knowledge of the dishes and service etiquette, and the Chef's and staff who have created an extraordinary dinning experience. We've been to this restaurant a number of times and it maintains excellence!!!

It was an impeccable experience from start to finish. Food was amazing, all dishes were executed beautifully. Service was A1, ambiance intimate. Highly recommend

Gibraltar provides an outstanding dining experience. Sal is amazing, loves what he does and it shows in every aspect. Yesterday we had three of the specials, all fabulous in flavor, presentation, and subtle complexity. Our server was Alexis. We could not have asked for a more professional, competent, and enjoyable server, thank you! The room is busy but not noisy which allows intimate conversation. Thank you for another memorable evening at Gibraltar.

Second time dining. In from NYC so we could spend time with the grandkids. Better than I remembered. Staff were phenomenal and especially our server Ashley. Food was scrumptious from the appetizers to main course to desert. I had their soup special and the swordfish that was cooked perfect. I sampled the crab cake and calamari which were both authentic. Excellent wine list and just desserts. No leftovers either. All in all, an outstanding Mediterranean dining experience!

Always an excellent experience, whether sitting casually at the bar, or celebrating a life event. Food and service is impeccable - highly recommend Matthew & Graham as outstanding servers!
