    Experience overall was a little disappointing. Some confusion right off the bat with wait staff. Had three individuals stop by our table for various orders, wine, drinks, and food. Ordered drinks at the start but they didn’t arrive until after our main course was served. Food was ok. My wife ordered the eggplant parmigiana which she did like and I had the spaghetti with tomatoes which was just ok. In addition, wait staff were not that attentive. Took about 15 minutes after we were done to get our bill and I had to ask for it. For over 100 Euro, I expect more.

    The restaurant looked beautiful in the pictures I saw in a magazine. We were the first two people there they tried to seat us in a booth that looked dirty and worn. They set us in chairs that look extremely comfortable, but they felt like they had age on them. I felt the server could’ve cared less that we were there. I wanted some protein with nothing sweet he said oh you got to try the tuna. It was so sweet. I couldn’t eat it. I had asked for the steak. He said that’s boring. The €12 salad was just lettuce. I do not recommend.

    Ambience is good, outdoors, but high walls block wind/ breeze. Music is a bit loud and abrasive for the overall scene. Kitchen is strong. Tortolli with ham and cheese is wonderful. Vitello tonata is all fancied up, spoiling a classic. Whole roasted chicken with roasted potatoes is solid, nothing special. Service is a bit sketchy. They insist on keeping the wine in a bucket or on the bar, but they make no effort to pay attention and keep pouring. I finally had to demand they leave it on the table. We asked for a second bottle of water, and they forgot about it. Little things, but they add up.

    Our waiter Alessio was fantastic and provided phenomenal service. The food was amazing and would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone who loves exquisite cuisine. Also catered to gluten free and dairy free without any issue. Love this place!!

    Sitting outdoors is a pleasure. Knowledgable Sommelier, friendly, chatty waiter. The food is great. The Pasta al la Norma was just great. Everything else was well prepared. Been here before, going again in a few days. Just wonderful.
