The food and service were excellent!!
This is what we go to Giancarlo’s for.

The bartender could use a little more tasting/training to get their Cosmos more palatable.

Dining experience was Excellent! However the only issue is that even with a reservation and arriving early we waited 25 minutes past our reservation time. I watched others come in and get seated right away even after my scheduled reservation time. I am sure people were seated ahead of us that were not supposed to be.

Absolutely the best meal I’ve had in a while everything was so delicious the service was wonderful the food was exceptional.

We had the fillet , sizzling steak , steak pizza and a fillet wrapped in prosciutto.
Also the Casdada cake is the best!

Went there to celebrate an anniversary. Excellent food - I only give high marks like this to places that can cook better then myself. Dinner started with a bread service that had butter and a delicious red pepper sauce. That was followed by bacon-wrapped scallops - bacon was crisp, and scallops melted in your mouth. My wife had the lobster Mac and cheese. I had the 22oz ribeye with risotto and Brussel sprouts. Risotto was fabulous and my steak was delicious. We split a tiramisu for dessert. Very memorable meal. Service was shared between 2 and was excellent. Look forward to going back again.

Exceptional. My daughter needed a gluten free meal. We thought Giancarlos had a gluten-free pizza. We were told wrong. Michael came over and together they created a gluten free pasta with the mushrooms she had was wonderful. Thank you.

I had a dinner with some co-workers. It was my 3rd time eating there. We ordered some cocktails to start. I got some sort of version of a a fancier malibu rum with pineapple and it was delicious. The Giancarlo’s mule was also very good, like a fruit punch... dangerous! Food was very good. We all ordered a bowl of the sicilian onion soup. It was very good, but a bowl was too much, a cup would have been sufficient. The filet was delicious. I ordered mine cooked medium and it was so tender and perfectly cooked. We ordered the brussel sprouts, au gratin potatoes and mushroom risotto as sides. I was not a big fan of the risotto, but the others like it. We all got desserts, but I ordered mine to go, the carrot cake. It was pretty good, even though I ate it the next day. I would definitely eat there again, and get the filet. One if the best filets I have had in Buffalo.

They took about 30 mins to seat us regardless of our already made reservation. The table was still unclean when we finally arrived to it. The menu had drips of sauce of it and the utensils were still dirty. We order appetizers which took awfully long (25 minutes) and we ordered entrees, that took about 45 minutes to come. The waiter was no where to be found most of the time. I had to ask the bust boys for assistance most of the time. This was the worst service I have ever had, the restaurant is too great looking to have a poor service such as this! They realized their mistakes and told me everything was on the house. That’s the only time they had shown professionalism. The damage had already been done. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Food was delicious. Overpriced for the amount of food we received. Waitress wasn't very attentive and forgot one of our dishes and never brought it. Then we got the check and was charged for it. She did take it off with our cheapest appetizer as well but not sure if we will return again.

Excellent evening from the walk to the table to the personalized menu for a 25th Birthday to all the food and great service!
Giancarlo’s is a perfect pick for any or no special occasion.
I will frequent this place!

We did not feel that the quality of the food was on par with the price of the food. I got Chicken Parmesan and although it was a large piece of chicken it was pretty thick and somewhat dry because it was so thick. A very, very SMALL portion of spaghetti. I do not like anything SWIMMING in sauce but I actually had to ask for MORE sauce on the side because the spaghetti was almost like eating just NAKED NOODLES! Also, a very unusual sauce, it was ORANGE as opposed to a traditional RED SAUCE. Our waitress, Chelsey was extremely PLEASANT!!!

Once again we had a fantastic meal! Highly recommend going here for their steak selection. Great service too- they fulfilled a request for a quieter table for a special birthday night out.
