    Our first time here and it exceeded our expectations and all the positive reviews we've heard from friends. I'm so happy that we found this restaurant since it offers an experience that we have only found in larger cities across the country. But, the food is the foundation of that experience which was stellar. Zach was an amazing server and helped make our evening very special. We commented that everyone from the staff to the patrons had smiles on their faces. To whomever reads this at Giancarlo's.....WELL DONE!! Not the steak, but for the culinary masterpiece that is your restaurant. We thank you for being here.

    I recently took my boyfriend there for his birthday dinner. Everything was top notch, from the minute we walked through the door until we left. Having "Happy Birthday" printed on our menus was a great touch! Our meals were amazing, and my boyfriend kept saying that it was one of the best steaks he's ever had!! The complementary birthday "brookie" and gelato sealed the deal! Just amazing!! We will recommend Giancarlo's to everyone we know, and we will definitely be back!!

    Our first time. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed our meal. We did have a couple of dishes that weren’t quite as we requested but they took care of it right away. We would definitely go back.

    My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary. We had a 7:30 reservation but weren’t seated until close to 8:30. The area near the hostess stand was extremely hot and we almost left, but the host came to offer us an appetizer on the house for the wait. Once we were seated, our waitress promptly greeted us and wished us a happy anniversary. She gave us some great menu recommendations and even gave us an anniversary treated. Thank you Autumn for making our experience a 10/10!

    We had a reservation but still took us about 20 mins to be seated. They sat 5 of us at a table they later put 2 people. We asked to be moved because the fit was tight and uncomfortable. The wine we selected was amazing, the sides were very delicious. The steaks were underwhelming. They needed at the very least, butter on top. They were somewhat dry even with medium and medium rare cook. I am guessing they expect an added topping to be purchased along with the steak. It is possible they let them rest too long prior to serving us. I am not sure. But if I go back, the steak will not be my entree choice. The sea bass and ravioli, were extremely tasty and highly recommended by 2 people in my party.

    Our reservation was for the Florence dining room. Instead we were seated in a windowless small and noisy room. It was disappointing. Food and service were very good.

    Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Food was a little slow coming out of the kitchen and we had a mistake with our order. But our server went above and beyond to correct all of this. When the food did come out it was delicious! We will be back for sure.

    I have been there many of times, and it never disappoints! Food is always incredible and service is always top-notch. Great for a nice night out, date, night, or a special occasion! Highly recommend.

    I went to late for what I desired to eat. I received a email of lobster Mac and shrimp and grits. It was a special for a short time, man I wanted that Mac! So, with that being off the table I went in with small plate budget and appetite. The wife has a very small appetite and I didn't have one this time. So,we opt for a appetizer of Arcinni balls,Ceasar Salad w/ chicken and their bread sticks with butter and special ingredient topping. All was well prepared and delicious
