   We arrived much earlier than our reservation and decided to sit at the bar instead of the lovely dining room. Our bartender Celia (sp?) took excellent care of us from the very beginning and gave us excellent food recommendations. We had the arancini, Milanese, and corn and crab ravioli - all divine. She had us our vodka martinis exactly how they should be: extra dirty, and offered blue cheese olives : HELLO!!! A dream. Would 10/10 return - it’s on the favourites list!

   A perfect dinner experience from start to finish. Plan ahead and make a reservation. I would go again without hesitation.

   Simply amazing food! Short Ribs, Rack of Lamb, and Filet Mignon are definites 👍

   This was our first time at Giancarlo’s and it was wonderful. The bar and initial dining room was very energetic and loud but where we were seated was quiet. The food was excellent. Our steaks were overcooked for our liking but new ones were brought out that were perfect. We had a customized menu for our anniversary which was a fabulous touch. Overall, a great experience.

   Everything was amazing from the bread, cocktails, entrees and dessert. Our server Sarah was also very attentive and very sweet.

    Food was outstanding, birthday menu was appreciated, Gabe was excellent, rowdy large group was unappealing but not restaurant fault. Great experience.
