Gia is among the first restaurants in Canada to be recognized and recommended by the renowned Michelin Guide. Gia is a vibrant plant-forward 36 seat restaurant, specializing in handmade pasta with creative takes on Italian classics like Focaccia, Ricotta Gnocchi, Rigatoni Bolognese, White Truffle Ricotta Agnolotti, Eggplant Parmigiana, Asparagus Risotto and Lion's Mane Steak.
Reservations: We allocate a dining period of 2 hours and typically book at 5pm, 6pm and 8pm & 10pm,
If you need more than 2 hours kindly let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
Maximum party size is 5 Friday and Saturday.

We had the most amazing dinner at Gia. As the only vegan in the group I was nervous that my friends wouldn’t enjoy the experience but I was so wrong. Everyone loved the food, the service and the atmosphere. My only one tiny criticism would be that they should put a carafe of water on the table. Their water glasses are very small and we kept having to ask for refills.

GIA is one of my favourite places to eat in Toronto. The food is always exceptional and the restaurant itself has such an amazing ambiance. Would definitely recommend for an occasion or if you're looking to splurge a little without breaking the bank.

Had the tortelli and agnolotti. Both outstanding. Had the mushroom side dish as an app , arguably one of the best mushroom dishes I’ve ever had . Peach and burrata salad right up there. Nice Neto d’ Avola by the glass

Incredibly innovative cuisisne. The ability to tap into all the flavor profiles of every ingredient is amazing. The “meatballs” were full of flavor and the red sauce excellent. The angnolotti and tortelli were exceptionally full of fresh flavors.the garlic mushrooms are a must have.

Second time eating here and first time in a couple of years, and we were pleased to find out that the quality and inventiveness of the dishes is still very high and the service still top notch. The briny shishito pepper cocktail was a highlight for me. The “meatballs” were fantastic (get focaccia for cleaning up the marinara) and the lionsmane mushroom dish prepared like beef bourguignon was hearty and clever. We won’t wait two years before coming back again next time.

I’ve been coming to Gia for about three or four years now and I have always had an incredible experience. The food is a fantastic. The service is always excellent and the ambiance is wonderful. We started off with the meatballs and focaccia, and both were delicious, I always get the meatballs every time I come here because there are some of the best meatballs I’ve ever had in my life. For our mains we got the gnocchi and the agnolotti and they were both delicious.
