Gia is among the first restaurants in Canada to be recognized and recommended by the renowned Michelin Guide. Gia is a vibrant plant-forward 36 seat restaurant, specializing in handmade pasta with creative takes on Italian classics like Focaccia, Ricotta Gnocchi, Rigatoni Bolognese, White Truffle Ricotta Agnolotti, Eggplant Parmigiana, Asparagus Risotto and Lion's Mane Steak.
Reservations: We allocate a dining period of 2 hours and typically book at 5pm, 6pm and 8pm & 10pm,
If you need more than 2 hours kindly let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
Maximum party size is 6 Friday and Saturday.

I had some plans fall through and made a last minute reservation at Gia and they were EXTREMELY accommodating and friendly. They helped us navigate some dietary restrictions and most importantly, the food was amazing.

Great food and service. The table we had was right next to the kitchen which was slightly bothersome however it was very busy in the restaurant anyway. Cocktails were amazing, overall highly recommend. The food was extremely flavourful.

If you are looking for vegan fine dining, this is the place. The atmosphere is relaxing and intimate yet lively. Our servers were attentive and fun. Make sure to make a reservation, especially if you like to eat late as it only got busier as it got later.

Took a vegan friend here and he loved it! So did we, flavourful dishes with great textures, we tried the fixed menu with aranchini, truffle mushroom pasta, bolognese and risotto, all great! I especially loved the aranchini and truffle mushroom dishes. Most of their menu is vegan and vegetarian and the service was super prompt, attentive and food came quick and was hot. Highly recommend for any vegan/vegetarian folks. Atmosphere is beautiful, they also have a patio and their menu changes often so a great place to keep coming back to. FYI weekends seem to be their fixed menu which is very worth it portion wise and yummy!

What a beautiful meal with excellent service. It was worth the drive from Windsor, Ontario. Will definitely be going back!

The service is good, but the food is disappointing, especially for a Michelin star restaurant. Flavourless, small quantities, and overpriced. The food served is lukewarm, and stands out from other Italian restaurants by how bland it is. Definitely not worth the price at all. Spent $100s of dollars only to go eat somewhere else immediately afterwards.

The food and drink were amazing as always. We went for the special Mother's Day brunch and it was a fantastic mix of flavours. Our kid was floored and loved each thing we had, they were especially into the focaccia and ravioli. Service was excellent and host was extra sweet and remembered us from last year.
